We have bought various cuts of pork which all were superb, but the smoked cured bacon is amazing. We loved it so much that we bought all the bacon from a 1/2 hog once. However it's in such demand that obtaining that much at once is rare. However you can buy a 1/2 or whole hog and get all of the cuts at the same time. Stan and Mary Ann are wonderfully friendly people and will talk about and explain anything you ever wanted to know about their farm or farming in general. If I worked for a head office, I would expect that my employees would expect me to know pricing. Don't buy their pepperettes.
