I was scheduled to have the roof done on Thursday; however, SL Construction was able to get me in a week earlier. The crew arrived at 7 am sharp and only took them 10 hours to complete the project. They did shingles in the front of the house and flintlastic in the back. The color of the shingles flowed smoothly with the color of flintlastic. The crew cleaned up very nice, leaving no mess or nails. Steve Lengacher and Bob Hobbs were quick to respond when I had questions. They even called afterward to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this business and hope to do business with them again in the future.

We recently had our roof replaced by Reliable, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our…read moreroof was older and in need of replacement, so we contacted five different companies for estimates. Marvin stood out from the beginning. He was very thorough, took the time to answer our questions, and provided a fair and reasonable estimate. We were so impressed that we also asked about replacing the soffits on our home. Reliable's pricing was very competitive, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The crew arrived on time, worked hard throughout the project, and was both fast and efficient. They were professional, respectful of our property, and completed the job in a timely manner. Our new roof and soffits look beautiful, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Knowing that Reliable also offers other home repair services, we will definitely be keeping their number for future projects and won't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you, Marvin and the Reliable team, for a job well done!

He committed to the timeframe and even went above and beyond coming on what I would consider "off" days to ensure I was happy and satisfied with his work. He added a personal touch to all of his work and helped me make better decisions on quality products rather than the products for a lower price. He was very easy to work with, his office manager always was prompt to send invoices, and I liked the ease of making online payments. I was able to have a beautiful bathroom that my family can use and not worry about things not working properly. I can also rest assured my mother to safely getting into the shower and not worry about her falling getting the tub.

After it was completed, I found out there is an issue with the window installation. We cant properly use the window! I texted Bob and he said he would come by it a later date. He completely GHOSTED us. Wont reply at all. His staff installed a roof. We are happy with the roof. We did find nails in the grass for quite awhile. The only issue here is the drip strip was installed before the old gutters were taken off- and has snips for the old gutters, and then the new gutters were installed there's more snips for those. Bob told us that he would come by the following summer to fix/replace them drip strips. No show- no replies. Gave up. He put vinyl siding up out front. We asked for a scalloped siding up at the top. While we were on vacation, he texted a picture of it completed- he ran out if the scalloped and added cedar at the top to finish it. We didnt want cedar there. Back and forth with my husband about that, and he did come fix that. Its not perfect, and cuts are noticable from the street. (That was before he got final payment) He painted 3 sides of our house. The guys showed up, and started painting the bugs and cobwebs to the house. We asked them to stop and come back the following week so that WE could power wash the house. I still cant believe that!! There are paint runs in some places, and I had to go around the house with a paint brush to touch up the undersides of siding that was missed. When the painter ran out of paint-I was the one that ran to Menards and get more- out of MY pocket. And then the windows. We had 2 installed. One is fine. The other, isn't right. I can't slide the top pane of glass down to clean. I texted him right away and he said a family member was in the hospital, and he would come by it a later date to check it out. No more replies after that. So disappointed. I gave him more than enough time to follow thru before posting this review. I hate leaving bad reviews, and try to use small local businesses as much as possible. I want to high school with Bob, and several of our classmates recommended him. Only to find out afyer- they had never actually used him. Seriously disappointed. Will not recommend to anyone.

His answer was" I can't service I don't have everything in my truck". I was done right there. He went to my ac/furnace and took pictures, three toed slothing the whole time. When it came time to leave he was asked when can you come and service my ac/furnace? Gave about 10 reasons not to, not one reason why or when. He never asked if I started either one, which I did the central air, not the furnace, we just bought this house. I had Scott Wagner heating and cooling come for a estimate only. His first question was " have you started either one"? He serviced both central air and the furnace, furnace had four leaks and the igniter was bad, replaced that and tested both units, freon was low so he topped it off. Great technician great service and when the estimate comes in and when I replace both units with a tankless water heater after first of year Scott Wagner and heating will be getting my business.
