Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. Thank you Chucks for following up and understanding our needs.

I relayed my VIN# to staffer, Michelle, who was super friendly and shared all the blade options that would fit my make/model. The product I chose was retrieved from their inventory and brought to the register. I then inquired about having the blades installed and they were happy to help. By the time Michelle handed me the purchase receipt, her cohort, Dillon, had finished installing my new wiper blades and I was ready to be on my way. Why would you not honor your advertised online price when the customer is standing right there in front of you. Again poor customer service.
