Going throught a stairwell I come to a flat The ambience is completely different than expected! Not a business cooking scene, but a warm friendly privat location. For welcome you get some drinks and snacks. The soy onions were delicious!! Then, going to the next room, the cooking started One by one the people get small duties an you feel more and more comfortable. After the preparations everybody is allowed to do his own sushi role and surprisingly it works really well. I would have thought I would need at least 3 tries... After completing the sushi we went in the sitting room with splendid decorated dining table. For desert we had an excellent chocolate cake - without flour - but lots of butter and chocolate - great! Wow - what an evening! Highly recommended!

Went here as part of a group team building activity and really enjoyed it. We had loads of food and drinks and we learnt a few things about German cooking and grilling. The host was not only an excellent chef, but also a great entertainer. We had a number of courses throughout the evening: 1) Satay, Small wraps and other stuff 2) cheese cups with salad, smoked salmon and a delicious sauce 3) Perfectly cooked, dry aged USA beef with vegetables 4) Chocolate soufflé and Caramelized Passion fruit and apple tart tatin We learnt how to make the dishes and also how to grill and smoke various food items like vegetables, fish and steak A wonderful experience and I would happily come back here anytime :-) It is also a great team building or award idea for companies. Our whole group immensely enjoyed the evening.
