I asked for a specific pose to match my son's newborn photos (taken by a different photographer when we lived out of state), and she nailed it perfectly. You pick your backdrop and they start taking pictures. My favorite is their holiday headquarters specifically their Christmas sets. They now do instant viewings so you do have to wait after your session and you basically go through the unedited pictures on an iPad.
