I have a Rolex that suddenly started not keeping time. I use a winder on it, too. I found Hal Davis Jewelers, the only Rolex dealer and authorized repairer in Idaho, and took it to them, expecting it would take 8-10 weeks for a complete cleaning, which was OK with me. 3 days later, it was ready. They had opened in up , found a small part that had become loose, fixed it, lubricated it, tested it and it was ready to go. I simply could not believe they did not want to charge me for the work! What a wonderful store, classy people and super experience, they earned my business for life. THANK YOU! read more

I had a unique request and they fulfilled it within 10 minutes. I had a special piece of jewelry that I did not want to leave and be without and they made that possible for me. Everyone was kind and what a beautiful jewelry selection. I saw a couple pieces that I want a closer look at so I will be back. Thank you so much for making my day! read more

I've visited Hal Davis Jewelers a few times before my first purchase. Stacie, Tracy and the entire staff were always very friendly, and allowed me to try on several pieces, and entertain me by chatting about various YouTube watch reviews. Thanks to both Stacey and Tracy for getting me on a wait list for a Tudor bracelet. I also dealt with Stacie again to purchase a new Tudor watch. The experience was excellent. I received the new Black Bay very quickly, in flawless condition (running well within COSC standards). If you're looking for a Rolex, Tudor and Omega Authorized Dealer, look no further! read more

I have made a couple purchases with Hal Davis Jewelers, both were difficult to attain time pieces. All to frequent you hear about poor and "uppity" ADs. My experiences with Hal Davis couldn't any further from the thought. Kara, was warm, personable, professional...and just class. I never felt "belittled" or judged for making my purchases, nothing but excitement and a true sense that she really wanted to help me celebrate my accomplishments and attain my goals! Thanks again Kara! You are absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier with my timepieces! read more

always had a great experience in my past dealings with Hal Davis, this time was totally different. i took my watch in for my free battery replacement they offer that when you purchase the watch there. Dropped off on a Wednesday said would be ready Friday. On Thursday received a phone call saying they were having a problem with the tool they use to remove the strap and back and it had torn the strap. when I went in there Friday to pick up my watch I could see the strap on both sides were separating the gentleman was explaining to me what was going on when another male employee came up an said that is how the watch was brought in I asked what was this green stuff and he said they tried to glue the band and again said this is how the watch was brought in and it was caused by wear and tear and it was a old band. I took my watch and left before a altercation took place. i was shocked how the customer service was totally different. Will never go back there again. read more

Outstanding product selection. But beyond the jewelry is a group of employees who are incredibly knowledgeable. They provide an education which is invaluable. They don't try to push jewelry in order to make a sale. And whoever wrote about a "Pretty Woman" experience is totally wrong. This is the only Five star rating I have ever given. read more

Hubs and I had a first class experience at Hal Davis! We were after a wedding band upgrade for my husband...oh and an unexpected stop at the Tudor watch counter! Jodi was very professional, friendly, and made it a truly exciting experience. The only problem i could find is that they have too many AMAZING watches that I need to go back and get...lol! We definitely recommend Hal Davis Jewelers! Kim and Tim. read more

Taking a watch for a new battery....who knew it could be done easily, with free parking to boot. The staff is competent and courteous. They have a program that, for a reasonable amount of money, the battery can be replaced any time the battery needs replacing. A pleasure. read more

I have been a customer of Hal Davis since 2003 and I have been treated like family since the day I walked through their door. Their staff has been there when I got married and helped me through the whole process of getting a custom ring. The staff is the opposite of your run of the mill super-jeweler. They are trying to hustle you, they aren't trying to gouge you. Instead, they are there to work with you for whatever you may need. I'm a lifelong customer of Hal Davis! Check them out if you are in the market for high quality jewelry. read more

I have had several great experiences at this establishment. They have an excellent selection of watches and treat you very well, whether you're in there looking at high-priced items or simply getting a watch battery swapped out. Great people and great service. read more

I came in to get my engagement ring fixed because the center diamond was able to spin like an armature DJ which I was not into. I walked in and was greeted promptly and kindly even when I was a sweaty mess popping in after a workout. I talked to them about what I needed done and was given a timeline for when it would be done (under a week) and was given a quote. On Monday I was sent a verified quote for the actual job and that's when I realized I was going to be leaving the morning my ring was meant to be done. I emailed back and Jodi was able to get my ring done two days before the initial date. I appreciate it so much! They were the best with dealing with me and making me feel like my ring was in good hands. The best part was that when they send an email with the quote they send a picture of your item too which added another level of feeling confident in my choice for them. My fiancé and I looked around the store for wedding bands as well and they have a great selection! I would not be surprised if we both came back here for those. Pro tip- take the cookie they offer. It's delicious! read more

5 stars!! Kara was amazing- friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! She helped me try on multiple ring variations and suggested some stacks I never would have thought of. You can tell she loves what she does and loves to help find the setting/combination that is just right. No pressure, no haggling, amazing service. read more

I regret going here to have my diamond recut. After being told numerous times by 3 different people who worked there it would be gorgeous and very little would be lost, followed up by a phone call from David that the size "could" decrease from 3.37 carats to 2.97 for the worst case scenario and it was not worth much the way it was and this was a very conservative figure because every one else's that had been done ended up quite a bit larger than the estimated figure. Well, they butchered it. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity for me and they took off over half a carat! read more

I absolutely love this jewelry store! I completely mangled my ring (I hit it on a door jam damaged three prongs and my diamond fell out of the ring) and brought it in for repair. Very reasonable prices and my ring looks better than when I purchased it. The staff is very knowledgable and very friendly. The store has very unique pieces and is laid out well. It is the only jewelry store I want to visit! read more
