Earlier in the day around noon I was told by your associate Steve that my husband benefits would not cover some of the cost. I mentioned if he could hold on to the glasses and sunglasses I can find out and come back. He agreed. My husband did call Great West Life. He was told because I am covered under insurance but not for glasses that the eye place will have to fill out manually for their portion. Showing my insurance to zero. Approximately 1:30pm.. while waiting for Steve serving another customer. Another associate Lisa; I asked her does Pearl Vision manually fill out forms and be faxed in to the benefits provider ? She said absolutely they do. I approached Steve and mentioned what I just typed above. His first response was what? We don't do that anymore. When would we get the money? I said well your associate at the front says you do. He then mentioned we don't have manual life forms. I said ok but it's for great West Life. Oh that means I have to look for the form then? Think we might have some. He went to the back. Came back with nothing. Decided to go on line to see if he could grab the forms from great West life. I said ok great. He searched then faced me and said sorry no forms. You would have to pay everything upfront then maybe you would get your share back. I said why is this being such a difficult transaction. Because it's too much of a headache for me to do that's why. So he's basically stating his customers that have a bit more work to get the benefits working it would be not good for him to do? Brilliant customer service I might add. This man represents you. We as customers pay his bills. He surely demonstrated poor quality of your company and I will surely hope he will be addressed accordingly. I have been a customer there for a long time. Buy one and get one free glasses was a great deal. Too bad you lost out on $625.00. I did grab my prescription back from the pile he had to the side Not impress at all

My…read moreson Sean and his fiancee Kelly visited to find out if they wanted to hire Sans Souci as the caterer for their wedding. First let me say they paid for everything themselves. We tried the food and it was decided that this would be the caterer even though he was a little abrupt and the food had not been freshly prepared but was made the day before,the salad was fresh. You would think if you have an appointment to try the food it would at least be cooked while you are waiting and discussing your options. Well on the day of the wedding Sept. 07 2013, which was held in a resort in Bancroft, they were to be there at 2:00 pm. By 4:00 pm they has still not arrived and the owner of the resort called on our behalf to find out where they were. Apparently they were on their way and did finally arrive at 4:30 pm. We heard from the resort owner that the chef had not been to visit to see what the kitchen was like before the day of the wedding. I had no idea that he had not been. Dinner was served late but the catering staff was so very helpful and friendly that it was not a big deal. What was a big deal was the food... the soup and salad was delicious, can't really mess up reheating soup and dressing the salad. The main course was a bitter disappointment to us. The sword fish was dry, the steak was overdone and the chicken was okay. The mashed potatoes had lumps in them, never a good thing. The fresh vegetables on the other hand were delicious. as was the coffee that was served afterwards. It seemed to me that everything was very rushed and before we knew it the tables were cleared off and the caterer had left without cleaning up in the kitchen. They had rinsed the plates and cutlery but not the wine glasses or cups and saucers. We did that ourselves on Sunday morning, not a fun thing to wake up to. Bottom line is that I would not recommend Sans Souci due to the unpleasant experience we had. Maybe if you had your event closer to Belleville or at their premises you might have better luck than we did. Despite all of this the weekend wedding was wonderful and Sean and Kelly are now happily married.
