I came in wanting a big change and was honestly really nervous because I'd had long hair for years. She took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, looked through all of my inspiration photos, and explained how my natural texture would affect the final result. What I appreciated most was that she never rushed me or pressured me. Instead of cutting it shorter than I was comfortable with, she intentionally left a little extra length so I could live with it first and come back if I decided I wanted to go shorter. That made me feel like she truly cared about making sure I loved my haircut--not just that day, but long term. My hair feels healthy, full, and beautifully shaped, and looks gorgeous. Margarita is incredibly talented, patient, and thoughtful. If you're looking for someone who really listens and wants you to feel confident walking out of the salon, I can't recommend her enough!

I don't normally post reviews, but unfortunately I felt like I had to this time. Everyone here was…read moreincredibly friendly, which makes me feel even worse leaving this review, but this was genuinely the worst haircut I've ever received. I came in with a bob and specifically asked for a trim of half an inch or less. Instead, I ended up losing about 2-3 inches of length, and the finished cut is extremely choppy and uneven. It's not at all what I asked for. As much as I want to have it evened out, I'm honestly terrified of having any more taken off and ending up with it even shorter than it already is. I may or may not have cried when I got home, and I'm genuinely so embarrassed by how it looks that I've considered calling off work. I really wish I could leave a more positive review because everyone was so kind, but I'm incredibly disappointed with the haircut. Bummed with myself for allowing the shock and embarrassment keep me from speaking up at the time.
