I made an appointment over the weekend for Tuesday with Leonor. I show up and she's not even here…read moreand wouldn't be back until 5 (my appointment was at 2). Maybe my appointment wasn't put in the books I thought but no, the girl there checked and it was written down. I asked if anyone else could cut my hair since I was already there. The girl who was there was kind enough to offer but before washing my hair she didn't drape me so I got water down my back and I'm pretty sure I still had shampoo still when she wrapped my hair in the towel. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she did an okay job. The blow dry wasn't the best so i styled it when I got home and my front layers don't even connect with the rest of my hair. I guess I'll be wearing clips until my hair grows out.

No explanation and no notice. I guess she can charge her clients whatever she wants and that is fine with me but a friend of mine also goes to her once in a while and she says she charges her the lessor amount. I also texted her several times the last month but she doesn't respond back. I think it is rude when you are running a business and you don't respond back to several text messages or answer your phone. Very puzzling and unprofessional.
