I was not offered any refreshment, and apart from asking me if the water was ok, no conversation was made by the stylist at all. I felt extremely awkward, and could not wait for her to finish. The cut was mediocre, and I couldn't even bother to tell her that she hadn't even cut my fringe. I had to remind them that I had also booked in to have my nails done, and was taken up stairs by a young girl. The state of her nails did not bode well for a good service. She quickly did my nails, with poor quality varnish, which she had to keep adding varnish remover to to thin out, the overall finish was not good, but after being left on my own for 10 minutes to dry my nails, I again could not be bothered to tell them that some of my nails weren't up to scratch. After paying £51 for my treatments, and as a new customer, I most definitely will not be returning to Todaris. They are extremely overpriced and I most definitely did not feel like a valued customer, and clearly they do not need extra clients.

I once had my…read morehair styled by a Senior stylist at Toni & Guy in Manchester and even she commented on how great my colour and cut was - which of course had been done at Todaro's! The staff are all so professional and very talented . . I always get exactly what I want and more. The beauticians upstairs are also amazing - I would recommend each and every one of them. I have been a customer at Todaro's for almost 20 years and I would NEVER go anywhere else!

Always offered tea / coffee and asked if i was comfortable. They took my dry & brittle blue hair and turned it into the most amazing chocolate brown, soft and silky hair. so pleased with my experience here and will recommend them to everyone. The owner is a very friendly and stylish guy himself. He would only employ the top hairdressers in the area. I think James who often cuts my hair has worked for places like Toni and Guy in Bristol. Not that it really matters but the staff certainly know what they are doing. For a wash and cut you pay 25 pounds, for highlights, cut and wash you pay 40 pounds. I like a classical sort of bob and James puts hairstraighteners through my hair if I want it. They use Paul Mitchell shampoo now which I like. It is a very friendly atmosphere.
