My mother had an appointment today, it was scheduled a couple days ago. Today she was contacted because the technician was not there. So she was scheduled with a different tech. Her appointment was 6 PM this evening. She showed up at 5:30, the only person left was the technician that was to shampoo and style moms hair. My mother knew she was early and had no problem waiting, however, while the technician... Named Ronnie... was styling someone else's hair, she asked my mother what she needed. My mother told her she was scheduled for a shampoo and a flat/curl. Both irons are used to take care of her hair and have been done multiple times at this location with a different stylist. Ronnie, we believe her name is let my mother sit there until after she finish the other woman's hair after 6 PM and then told my mother that she would not do that to her hair. It was too much work and she didn't have time. My mother said I'm certainly happy to pay for the extra service and that's rude. Stylist refused. My mother left. I will be calling in the morning and speaking with manager along with stopping by when I'm in town to check on my mother next week. Stay far away from this place, especially, if you're an elderly person they could be taken advantage of. People need to think twice, sometimes those elderly people have a lot of people that love them, and will stand up for them... which will happen next week when I'm in town. I look forward to speaking to the manager tomorrow and personally next week. It's really quite the second that we can't give less than one star review because so many times they don't even deserve that, clearly this is one of those moments. My hair is naturally super curly, and I told the stylist that I straighten it occasionally. I got my hair cut 2 days ago and it looked great while it was curly, I decided to style it today...and these are the results. I am completely livid. Out of respect for the hair stylist I will not say who it was - because she is really sweet and nice. When I tell you she cut my hair in less than 5 minutes - I am not exaggerating. This is just unacceptable. It looks like I got my hair caught in a blender. Just please please please curly hair loves - do not leave unless you check it while it's straight. read more

I asked for a balayage and my hair was healthy when I walked in for my appointment. I asked the hair dresser if she was able to do balayage and showed her a picture. She replied, "yes, no problem." She used foils and at the end of my appointment, she mentioned that she had to wash the first toner out because it had a bad smell to it and decided to use a different one. I didn't think much of it and she blow dried my hair just a little. I didn't realize the extent of damage done to my hair until I got home and was able to see it in regular lighting. Not only was my hair damaged, there was a LOT of breakage and the highlights were about 4 different colors of yellow, white, brass colored and green ends. I contacted customer service through their website about my concerns and the only reply I received was for a 4 dollar coupon off the next visit. It's been a week and have yet to hear from them even after I reached out twice. I'm extremely devestated. ALWAYS ask for photos of a hair dresser's work. There are 2 pictures of me BEFORE I walked into the salon. All the rest are obviously the afters. read more

I had Julia as my stylist. I had a cut and highlights in October. She over processed my hair and never mentioned it. I sat off to side, while she cut and styled someone else's, hair for 10 minutes after my timer went off. I even told her that my timer went off, but she did not rinse me. My hair seemed very dry so I went back for a condition treatment and still they didn't mention the over process. It wasn't until the next month when I went to a different salon for a cut did I learn of the over processing. I have had 3 haircuts since then and still have oven 3 inches of over processing to get cut off. It is terrible that Julia did this to my hair and even more terrible that she didn't own up to it. I thought my hair was just getting dry and frizzy from the humidity until I went to the other salon. read more

I like the service but was charged $21.00.i was surprised seeing as the price should of been 16 dollars took her about 5 min,no wash no dry. Just slam bam over charge you man.my cut was a number 2 buzz,that's it. I went twice to hair master on hwy 27 in leesburg,when I got my bank statement they charge me $ 54.74 I was shocked ,I went there for wash and dry had a conditioner in my hair and had given Julia a $ 5.00 tip in cash.I asked if she would braid my hair and she respond by saying ( I don't know how) I was told today the 1st time I went there she was not a master stylist but was the second time . where can you learn to be a professional in couple of weeks. My "baylage" turned into a nightmare on Friday 11/24. I'm not sure the stylist new what she was doing. I wish she would have said so I would have gone elsewhere. The stylist left me in the dryer for 22 minutes didn't check on my hair once. She then said we'd get the orange out with toner, she put toner in my hair and almost immediately rinsed it off. I'm not too sure how it works out the other times I've had it done elsewhere they left the toner on for a few. After she said she'd finish my cut. She said she wouldn't take any more off the length which I didn't want. But when she originally cut it she just grabbed my hair to the side like a pony tail and cut 3 inches off. She then dried the ends and sent me on my way. It wasn't until it was fully dried the next morning that I noticed how bad it had gotten. She assured me my hair wouldn't get damaged because that was my biggest fear. It's not a baylage at all. There are bright yellow areas that just stop, there are orange areas and beige areas it doesn't even blend together. My hair was down to my hips now I'll have to go to another salon and get it cut off further due to the damage. read more
