The staff is always super friendly and they truly appreciate your business. They often give coupons or gifts at Christmas or incentives for trying different things. It's just a large salon with a small town feel and top notch stylists.

She proceeded to tell me it will fade or I can call to come back to have it fixed. I called 2 days later knowing she was back on that day and conveyed to the receptionist my issue. I was asked to hold on, the receptionist came back on the phone telling me Tina wou call me back in 30 minutes she needs to look at her schedule. Okay. I can't say enough about my experience at Suly's Hair Salon…read more I've lived in this area for almost 20 years and I probably have been to at least 50 different salons. I just about gave up finding a stylist that would listen and understand what I wanted. First Suly talked about the color. What I had was dark here and light there, not very attractive. The color he gave me is absolutely beautiful. And the cut! Suly is an artist; what he can do with a scissors and a blow dryer is amazing. But the verdict for me is washing and styling my hair myself. I did that today and it came out beautiful. The style just fell into place and trust me, that seldom happens. I am one happy customer!

No phone tag. That alone made me want to go. When I walked in I thought, okay, this is not what I was expecting for The Villages. It's new, it looks new, and it looks good. Clean, modern, styled, not dated. Somebody actually cared how it would look. I love that. The hair wash was exactly what I needed. They listened, were careful, and didn't make it awkward. Sometimes you go in for something small and people act like it's an inconvenience. This was the opposite. Simple, professional, done. Then I saw the back rooms. Two massage tables set up and the space is really nicely decorated. It looks like a place you could actually relax in. I was already thinking about coming back for a deep tissue. Their prices right now are very reasonable, probably because they're new to the area, and this is the time to take advantage. They offer more than just hair. I saw massage, HydraFacial, waxing, cryo fat reduction, infrared sauna and a few other treatments. I didn't even get into all of it but I like the direction. If they keep doing what they're doing and keep the prices where they are, I will be back. This place is a dream for The Villages.... what a treat !
