Then, I had to furnish medical documentation from my family doctor that my prostate and other organs were fine after taking Finasteride for several years. I was told without driving 6 hours roundtrip to Maitland for an unnecessary petsonal chat, I would not have my prescription renewed after having sent the medical documents (twice) and agreeing to yet another video chat. Two female staff members at location agreed that my driving to Maitland and paying gasoline, tolls etc.made no sense. Asked Dr Rodillo or Patrick to call me weeks ago. Nothing. Called corporate today to file a complaint and was told I would receive a callback today to have prescription refilled. Nothing. If you want a company to deceive you, not produce desired results and then for no reason withhold a prescription after you have paid thousands of dollars and endured 2 surgeries, employ Bosley. If you don't want deceipt, lies, bad results and the knife in your back being totally ignored and disrespected, then use any other company for your hair restoration.
