Then I arrived for our 10:30 appt this morning and he was 20 mins late. I told him I wanted highlights but he said he would just put a toner on it and it would all be a "champagne" color. Omg...he turned my hair orange. Then he tried to correct it, and it went to red brown orange. Then he said he would just make it dark and color up my blonde highlights to get rid of the orange/red. It went from bad to worse to worst. My hair is now WHITE where my highlights were (ALMOST GREY...well, pretty much grey) and my roots are orange brown. My perm is completely gone. He has screwed up my hair so very bad that I've been in tears after sitting with him for 5...YES FIVE... hours. I have never walked out on anyone and I always go with the flow. But he was so awful that I walked out. After the final treatment, he said "Now, go to the chair and you can do whatever you want with your hair from now on"?!?!? Whoa!!! And the owner was standing right beside him! Most horrible hair service ever!!!
