I called ahead and said I'd come on in and if she didn't have time to wash or style, that was fine. I sat down and gave her the skinny. She brushed and ran her fingers through, then took me to the shampoo bowl and washed and conditioned my mane. She trimmed it EXACTLY how I asked and even blow dried and hit it with the iron to put a little wave back in and most importantly,,, she took the frizz and split ends OUT!!! Cindy is professional, listens to what her customers would like, and cares strongly about them. She then rescheduled me with an older stylist which is whatever right? I was like ok I'll trust the process. I get there a couple minutes late because of major road work and traffick. I call them because I couldn't see anything about their business from the parking lot and (mind you) I'm from out of state. "Texas seems to forget they're made up of mostly and mainly immigrants, or "out of towners" So anyway, I called while being less than 10 minutes late. Tell me how this lady cancels my appointment for the second time. I'm actually glad that I didn't trust my head with these old hags because first of all I asked for a portfolio of the work they do and I was told by both stylist that they don't actually have any proof of their own work and that the pics online was not infact their own actual work. So I'm just suppose to trust the process first, right¿, then go off of a whem because they "say" that they have skills? Well, I think not!. Thank God I didn't have to rep these people in my next photo shoot. The kicker is that now i try to go click on their website listed and tell me how its gonna ask me to make a site instead of showing the information for the salon. Jesus women.
