The first time the stylist was also late. Once they arrived, they had to open up the salon before we could even start services. This location lacks all that dry bar is known for. They rarely seem to have employees working the desk. Stylists are gossiping about each other and the toxicity of the work environment. The ambiance is not what I am accustomed to. I'm sad to say this might be my last Hingham Drybar experience.

I had 2 trials because I was being really particular about what look I wanted, and Joelle didn't give a crap at how picky and annoying I was being. I don't even know how it's possible, but she did an even better look on my wedding day than she did on my trials (which were both really good!!) - like literally took so much time and precision and it came out sooooo good. Also, I cry like a maniac and somehow there wasn't a single tear streak on my face all freaking day. That makeup STAYS!!! Only thing I reapplied was my lipstick during the day. Unreal. I think it's important to note that on top of giving me the bridal makeup of my dreams ... She was so carefree on an extremely early and hectic morning. She gave the hairdressers and her assistants the optimal space in the hotel suite and graciously took the bathroom as her beauty station, and literally provided an extra table she brought with her for the hairdressers (not part of her team) to use.
