I'm happy I did because I've had two manicures here and they have both been amazing. I have seen 4 different techs (between manis and pedis) and each person has been kind, welcoming, and thorough. The two manicures I've gotten have been incredibly detailed and both have resulted in the best grow out I've seen. At my old place, my hair would start catching under the edges of my SNS as they grew out. I went almost 5 weeks with my last manicure from Bellagio and not a single nail started to crack or peel up. I could have done this myself and saved the money but most importantly the time. My appointment was at 12:45 and I got in the chair 30 min later, already not in the best of moods but I figured maybe my hair will come out great-wrong! My hair doesn't feel completely dry and does not look like I visited a salon. Next time I will stick to what I know. Advise: be prompt on your appointments- just like you don't like clients walking in 15 min late, we don't like waiting on the stylist. Blow out the hair! Felt like she was scared to touch my hair

Kept curling hair one way, pulling the curl straight and then doing it the other way. I gave her an inspiration photo and she said no problem. It was terrible!!! Just awful. Big clumps of frizzy mess, creases from where she pinned up my hair, it was all frizz!! When asked "what can I fix" I said nothing because it was obvious she just couldn't do it. I called to complain, the girl understood completely said the manager wasn't there but would get back to me. It was a mess, fell out I had to quickly put a curling iron through it myself to look presentable. NO ONE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO CALL BACK.

The stylist pulled my hair the entire time and even burned my head a few times with the blow dryer. It hurt. And I have a headache now. 2. The stylist was unfriendly. Did not speak to me the entire time except at the beginning and end. 3. My hair looks worse than if I DID IT!! I asked for the Manhattan, and my hair has waves in it. She was supposed to use the flat iron at the end, but before I could say anything, she sprayed my hair with hair spray and made it bouncy. See photo!! 4. She tried to sell me a hair treatment, and when I said no, she looked annoyed. I understand my hair isn't perfect, but I left this place with frizzier hair than before. See the photo taken RIGHT after visiting. I will NOT be back. Seriously, do better. This is such a shame. You guys need to work on customer service, styling skills, and listening to what your customers want. Horrible. I expected better since it is a chain. I could have had a better experience at a Supercuts!
