Midway through my hair appointment I was told the owner was going to be charging me $100 an hour... never have I ever been told a hair salon charges by the hour, unheard of, which I voiced at that point with toner in my hair. I was there from the 1100 to 1800. My hair at 6pm was still not cut nor blow dried. The color and style that I showed them as to what I wanted was not met. I paid and left without my hair being finished. The girl dying my hair said well if you go home and see you don't like the color after it's blow dried you can come back in to get it fixed.... will not be returning for any unwelcome surprises.
