I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it was. This place is very clean and the workers very friendly. The sauna: was fantastic-you can feel the toxins leaving your body and it relaxes your body and improves your mood. This one person sauna has all the benefits of the larger ones along with a plug for a MP3 player. Table shower: this was my first experience with having a the table shower-so I didn't know what to expect. Some people would say I can take a shower at home, but this is a special experience you have to try before you dismiss it. I will definitely be a repeat customer. The table massage. My favorite part. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed this massage. I've had many massages before, but I didn't have anything but praise for the masseuse. She would climb up on the table and really work my stiff back muscles. The masseuse always asks if the pressure it good-and I never had to tell her to use more pressure, but if she is too intense I'm she will adjust her technique. My best advice would be to keep trying various massage therapist at the same establishment-if you didn't like the first one you may love the second one-after all you want to leave knowing that for an hour or more -you didn't have a care in the world.
