Soo many salons had told me it was too drastic of a color change and could ruin my hair but Crystal just said "if you have a few hours I can absolutely do this for you". Fast forward a few hours and my hair looked STUNNING! Needless to say, I've been a client ever since! Strangers actually stop me in the street to tell me how much they like my hair. People think it's natural, which is amazing because red hair doesn't always look natural! For a while, I'd schedule appointments with anyone who was available because every person there is wonderful! But one day I scheduled with Patty and we just clicked. She makes me feel so comfortable and does such a good job! She listens to what I'm looking for and also offers her opinion (which is super helpful because I'm incredibly indecisive) Also, I know it's not her job to listen to the ups and downs of my life, but she always does with a smile. My son came in for a simple haircut and was subjected to a very hurtful comment made about his appearance -- in Mandarin -- by the hairdresser. While the stylist may have assumed he wouldn't understand, the remark was understood and luckily my son was not hurt by it. When I called the salon to address the issue, the staff member denied it entirely, which made an already upsetting situation even more frustrating. There was no apology, no attempt to make things right, and no acknowledgment of the harm caused. A salon should be a welcoming space for everyone, regardless of background or appearance. Making derogatory comments about a customer -- in any language -- is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon and hope management takes customer feedback seriously and holds their staff to a higher standard.

She tried nail polish remover but I would not let her put it near my eyes. They should have offered to wash the wax out of my hair and then blow it again but they did not! I had to go back to my room and scrub my face so hard to get the wax off and wash and scrub my hair. What wax did not come off I had to cut out!! I think the place is neglected and needs a lot of attention to fit the @Ocean vibe!! The 3 stars are for the girls that had to work here...
