They always cut my hair just the way I like it. Wait times are usually short to no wait at all. Every member of the staff are competent.

if you can't honor your hours by staying open till 2 o'clock then change your hours to close earlier than what's posted!!!, I arrive a little over an hour before you close and you turn away customers because you don't want to stay late! that is bad business!!! I very much enjoy coming here especially with my children. The stylists have always been engaging with my kids when I'm stuck in the chair getting a trim, dye, wash, or even my eyebrows waxed. I've gone to a few other places around town and have had awful experiences. But at Hair Trends, I've ALWAYS received excellent customer service, my requests are met, and the stylist are friendly and will ask questions to make sure I get what I want for either myself or my children at reasonable prices. They have even pretended to wax my daughters eyebrows along with mine so she feels included and gets to primp also! read more

Showed stylists a picture of how I wanted my hair cut and even explained in detail how I wanted my bangs cut. Cut so my hair can be parted on the left or the right and the middle as well. I wanted the bangs shorter than in the picture. Even made the statement, "I hate my hair in my face". What I got is the hair cut straight across the back and a whack the left side and a whack on the right side. The she brushed and dried my hair and removed the cape. I ask her if we were done already and she said "yes we are done". I even ask, "are you sure" and yes she was sure. She never cut my BANGS will not be a returning customer. Either she did not know what she was doing or didn't care. A good stylists listens to their client. read more
