The first person who bleached my hair had no idea what she was doing. I walked about with my hair completely fried and breaking off. It was four different colors and I was in tears. I went back two days later to get it fixed and needless to say the red and blue turned out but my blonde looks horrible. I have a brown ring around my head where my roots show. My hair is ruined!. My hair is falling out and in some parts I'm going bald. The owner charged me close to $250 dollars for destroying my hair. I will never go back! I honestly can't believe I even got charged after what I went through. Very unprofessional on their part!

Going in today I was very nervous and skeptical to see how my hair was going to turn out and how much damage it was going to have. Once I enter the salon I was greeted and welcomed with warm arms and immediately had a sense of comfort and belonging my appointment started about on time and my stylist was very professional and explain to me every step of the way as to what we were doing.
