I was nervous, because I haven't had my hair cut in 3 years and the last time I trusted someone they cut my hair into chunks. I have long (lower back level), wave-like, curly hair but it's chooses its exact personality. The top likes to curl "Susie-Q" curls (ringlets if you will). While the bottom likes to go straight and the middle is somewhere between. Natalie became one with my hair. At one point she dropped to a knee to get to the bottom of the beast. All the while asking me "how much do YOU want off" and "how would YOU like your hair" and "where does YOUR hair part." Between my direction and the beast curls she gave me a BEAUTIFUL cut. The layers are so strategically placed that they even out my total curl. She did not cut more than I wanted. Then she gave me a blowout. Never had one of those but my hair looks AMAZING. Can I just not wash it forever to keep it like this?? I kid. Beyond the amazing cut the salon was clean, the other staff & owner greeted me, they use heavenly smelling Bumble & Bumble products.
