I've had my hair dyed by her, and had countless styles done for different weddings. She listens to every detail you ask for and does exactly what you want. I've had bad experiences with other salons where the stylist talks me out of what I initially wanted. I find the prices very reasonable! My only issue is when one of the less experienced employees rinses your hair. I find they can be a bit rough.

The decor is beautiful and very relaxing colours, the staff and customer service are second to none, excellent. You feel like you are being pampered and all the stylists are brilliant and give great advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I really have experienced better than the experience I had in Rage…read more I needed my hair cut and styled and I wasn't sure where was best in the area as usually this is something you pick up through experience and word of mouth. I decided to do a search online and I really have no clue why I chose this one above the others. Anyway I called in and was taken to my seat straight away where I was left for literally ages. A girl came and got me tea, twice - that's how long it was before I was seen. I was also in the worst seat ever right at the bottom of the stairs and next to a store room so there was no tranquility or relaxation which I have experienced in other hair salons. The girl who cut my hair wasn't very interested in me or my hair and I knew from the minute she started I was going to leave disappointed. The cut wasn't good and I paid quite a bit for it. The girls rent a chair and they were more interested in chatting to each other and posing than doing what I asked. I won't be back there - I do have to say that I have heard others say it is good but that it depends on who you get so I am going to keep my ear to the ground in the hope that the same stylist's name will come up a few times - I may go back if I get a good tip from someone I know well.

i would give this place no rating at all...i went there yesterdaay to get my hair done and she was…read moredoing a good job,actually ,she had it near perfect but 5 mins before the end ,the blond haired donught had to get happy snappy and totally messed up my hair,i didnt want a fringe,i told her 9 times and she just took it upon herself at the end to make me one and now i look like a f........ egg head,plus i have a cows lick,i should have never went there because on th e21st of december i sent my daughter there and they didnt do as we asked them to,my daughter wanted jet black hair with red,when i went to pick her up it was brown,and still had bits of blond in it from her old colour,but that girl took my weein in the next morning and did fix it.the wee girl in there that washes the hair though is fab,she had me falling asleep,its a waste she is working there as she could make some money doing head massages.anyway,if u r fussy about your hair then dont go to this place as they dont listen and trhey dont care...........
