I sign in and take a seat. The minutes tick by, another customer comes inside, then a few more. Another stylist shows up for work. She looks at the sign in sheet and says shes waiting on an appointment. The first lady finshes her customer and the guy that came in after me sits in her chair. I ask him if he had an appointment and he says yes. That was at 11:01am. The lady cutting hair made no mention at all that she had an appointment during the 50 minutes I was sitting there. It's now 11:13am and as I type this there are now 6 people wating to get a haircut. It seems if you don't have an appointment at the Groo Room you are subject to waiting forever, but you won't know that because the stylists won't communicate that to you. 11:22am - still sitting here over an hour after arriving. Part of me wants to sit here and see how long it will take to get a hair cut out of idle curiousity but I don't have the time. Goodbye Groom Room, see you never.
