They're happy, they have great attitudes, they are the nicest people in the world. Honestly, I'm an ornery old veteran. I don't like too many people, haha. But I love these folks. It's just a friendly, warm environment where they care about their customers and they take pride in what they do. You just don't see that in today's world very often. I was going to an actual spa for this until they closed down. When I saw Palm beach offered it, I was SO excited. Don't. be. excited. I will tell you why. The bed is located right under a speaker they play on the main floor as the room they placed the bed is open to the outside hallway. MEANWHILE their sauna room (which I never see anyone in) has the enclosed room, along with the spray tan and stand up tanning room. SO DUMB. IF you thought you'd relax here, think again. You will be listening to 32-count body pump meets 2000's club music style music. It is beyond annoying. They USED to turn music off or even down per request, and lately said corporate won't let them. If you think you're gonna block out music with headphones, you best have expensive ones, bc regular ones won't cut it. You, like I, will leave your 40 minute session more stressed than when you walked in. I no longer refer friends or family here. It is not spa like and just not relaxing AT ALL.. Honestly..at this point I question whether the benefits of red light is greater than the damage of the stress it produces by being there. Pass on this location. ps. The workers are all awesome. If I do decide to stop coming I will genuinely miss seeing their faces weekly.

Tanning is so different now from what it used to be. Things used to be so simple and easy and now…read moreits as if you have to be a member, buy a package with things that you wont use or need and spend more and more money for less. Which in turn makes customers not even want to tan. This place is typical tanning. No discounts, specials or real deals but it is close by to my office so I can get here easy and tan. I bought a unlimited month here and even renewed and they wouldn't give me a discount on heavily marked up lotion. Not a good way to make customers repeat their business. If you want to upgrade to a nicer bed it starts getting really pricey. Don't buy your lotion here as they are way too expensive. I buy mine online and save quite a bit of money. My real problem with this place is that I was told by the girl running the front desk that if I bring a friend in who buys a package I would get a free upgrade to a nicer bed. Just one upgrade on one day...... Doesn't seem like a huge expense on the business...... I brought a friend in, she bought a package and then they wouldn't upgrade me. I asked for the manager and of course she wasn't there and they said that the girl who told me that moved to another state. I asked for the manager to call me and of course he/she didn't. Could even tell me on the phone that this wasn't something they could do. Just didn't call at all. Do what you say you are going to do.....If you cant stand true to your word then what good are you?? If the wrong information was communicated to me, fine, tell me that. Don't hide from a customer. This place needs new management or something. I will not be bringing ANYONE else to this place. I hate that they are so close to me, otherwise, I wouldn't come here at all.

Have tanned since 1989 in many places within several states. Had been using another local place…read morefor 11 yrs. During Covid my current salon made some changes in which I assumed was more due to Covid and assumed they were temporary. However afterwards, the attitudes and atmosphere was just not the same. Prices went up, random closings for days( even with packages that expire within 30 days) and diety beds. I tolerated this because I was so use to this place. But when you come out of a bed and tell the manager that the tops of the beds are always filthy and you are getting tired of apparently being the only one to clean them...I pay the same as everyone else but the amount of cleaning I had to do prior to my session was ridiculous. I brought this to her attention. I did so in an appropriate manner. She said nothing. Literally just looked at me. I left. Never went back. A year later i still wanted to tan. I went to Savage Tan with a bit of skepticism I admit. Been kicking myself ever since. I love it. Wished I had done this years ago. So pampering, nice, clean, knowledgeable...absolutely love it. I appreciate everything they put into producing this environment. In my opinion the packages are low to average cost which was another surprise to me. I have absolutely no criticism or ideas on what they could improve. Just wished inwould have made the switch over to them so much earlier. My new favorite place in Salisbury. Go and you wont be disappointed!!
