I recently moved from Dallas to SC, so I didn't really think I would find a salon that was of the quality of Tony & Guy Salons in Dallas. I am just being honest. Boy, was I wrong. This Dallas transplant was pleasantly surprised! My stylist MacKenzie, was personable, & delightful to talk with. But, wait there is more ! My highlight/ lowlight ( which was a few weeks overdue) turned out Awesome! You know how funny us blondes are about our blondeness. The color was spot on! MacKenzie, thank you so much! Alyssa picked it up and asked them if it was OK to place them on a brief hold " I assume the customer on the phone did not hear her say that and continue to ask her a lot of questions" Alyssa politely asked again may I place you on a brief hold and after she placed them on hold she made the comment to me " i'm sorry about that I guess the woman on the phone is deaf or something. She kept spitting out a bunch of questions after I told her I needed to place her on hold" I simply walked out this salon is nothing but "mean girls" on steroids, they are all two-faced and think they're better than anyone I will never step foot back in this salon! I asked around a Hartsvile and they are known for this I feel so bad for the clients that go to that salon because little do they know the employees are doing nothing but belittling them. I would be ashamed to say I own this company or be an employee!
