Last time I was there I was worried as a manager named CJ was fairly rude in front of clients and other team members because she hadn't been pushing the hair wash and other upsell items. Today I went and it just was way too quiet for three stylists there. My hair got cut in less than 15 minutes. Congratulations, I got home and it looked horrible.
