Unfortunately their "Bridal Concierge" team is not very good. They were the one stressful thing about my wedding. I had to constantly reach out to get a reply (if I got one). I was never responded to when I asked in January to schedule my hair trail. I reached out in March for a timeline to make sure we would be done on time and I did not get a reply until 3 weeks before my wedding and everything was incorrect. The times were well after I said we had to be done, they added makeup which was not marked on the form, and did not have the right styles with the right person. I tried to speak with a manager and she pushed me off saying I had to deal with the bridal team even after sharing my frustration about them. I would NOT recommend using them for a wedding. It's unfortunate since I use to like the salon but they have gone down hill with customer service. Day of the lady at the front desk was annoyed I was not paying for everyone and that she had to refund me for some of my deposit. She kept saying I could pay for someone and they pay me back even after I said no. I did love my stylist and she did a amazing job but the frustration of everything outweighs the day of service.

Their work seemed rushed and even with increased business there is still only three people working there. I am very certain that I won't return after my last visit. The gal slapped a crap load of color paste on my head that was poorly mixed because it was very runny and I had to sit there with really dense and heavy hair while the mixture dripped all over the place, trickled down my hairline and into my ears. I sat there for a long time because they juggled way too many customers at one time. The color paste was also not professional grade because it did not cover the grey spots on my head. The service cost me $75 for all over color and after two hours, my gray hair is still showing and the color was all stripped off only after a few days. All my highlights are showing. You can see my photos attached, no lie. I called them three times leaving voicemails requesting to come back for a retouch to rectify the situation, but so far no replies. Very disappointed with this place, especially since I have been a returning customer for the last year.
