Service is usually apathetic and, like most other locations, the displays and aisles are terribly cramped. The final straw came about a week ago. I had searched online to see what kind of tea tree oil they had available. I kept in mind the brands that weren't marked 'Only available online' and hoped to find the $6 or $8 bottle, as I didn't need much of it. I ended up torn between a $12 bottle and a $14 bottle. Yeah, such a hard decision. I decided to head to the checkout and thought that if I showed the cashier the cheaper online price for the same exact brand/product, maybe I could get a price match. That would have been fun and fruitless had I been able to get to that point. The registers were unmanned; a quick look through the aisles yielded no results. I waited about ten minutes before I left without the overpriced oil. So much for business hours! (If there was some sort of hold-up beforehand and all the employees were literally gagged and bound, I will rescind this review.)
