I used to get my eyebrows…read moredone at a salon near my home but after a few botched waxings, I knew it was time to find a new place. I saw BellaMe Wax & Lash on Yelp and wanted to give Ms. Tamika a try. I messaged through the yelp app and was able to get a same day appointment. Although I knew where the address was, I still got lost. I didn't realize that BellaMe was in a salon complex! It's next to Moneky Joes and the facility holds several independent beauty artists. Anyway, I found Ms. Tamika and she got to work on my eyebrows! I have super thick eyebrows that left unchecked, become furry caterpillars. But once done, they make my face! Ms. Tamika made my eyebrows look amazing!! I couldn't stop smiling at how good they looked! She took her time with angling, waxing, and trimming my eyebrows. Plus we talked the entire appointment and it wasn't awkward at all! Clearly y'all, she won me over! I can't wait to go back to get these eyebrows tamed again and possibly get other services done as well. Thank you Ms. Tamika!!

Perla was my esthetician, and she was absolutely incredible--knowledgeable, gentle, and so thorough in explaining every step of the process. The treatment itself was comfortable (with numbing of course) , and the results are definitely noticeable. My skin looks smoother, brighter, and more even, and it has that healthy glow I've been trying to achieve for a while. The epidermal leveling add-on made a huge difference in how well my skin absorbed products afterward. This service is truly worth it, especially in Perla's hands. You can tell she genuinely cares about results and your overall experience. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this to anyone looking to invest in their skin.

Finally a great waxing place where I feel comfortable going to, and it doesn't hurt too bad. I've…read morebeen going here for a while, from a recommendation by a friend, and I'm so glad I was introduced to here. Drew is my girl! In the past year, they moved to their own separate office building now, which is nice because it's easier to find their office and there is plenty of parking in the area. It's not even that much further down from their previous office building that they were in. Drew makes me feel so comfortable every time I come in. First of all, getting waxing done in general already feels uncomfortable and usually hurts quite a bit (if you have a low pain tolerance like me), but I feel like the time goes by so fast every time I come here. My appointments normally are about 15-20 minutes long, which doesn't feel like it at all. Drew is so easy to talk to, and I love catching up with her every time I come in. The technique that she uses also doesn't really hurt as bad compared to other waxing places I've been to before. I can't imagine going anywhere else for waxing now, and I HIGHLY recommend coming here! It's a great price and appointments are so easy to book online too.

Fast forward to after the COVID-19 pandemic has slowed down, Serene has taken many measures like requiring face masks, checking temperatures, and even having us wait in our cars, so that we are in contact with as little people as possible. I am so happy with my results and I will continue going to Serene for life. P.S. Check out their waxing packages, I recommend them because it'll save you money in the long run!
