I don't know the older gentleman's name, but he's the father of the duo, but he did an excellent job!! I felt welcomed and relaxed the whole time I was there even though I'm not from the area. The gentleman I used typically does appointments, but had a little bit of time to square me away. He looks out for the customers and honors those times, so if he doesn't have time in between appointments then he will wait on them to ensure they are taken care of.

$12. For one of the best haircuts I've ever had. In this tiny little New Mexico town. Yeah, if…read moreyou're feeling shaggy, you should go see Skip. Two men were ahead of me, and one already in the chair, when I arrived. I watched Skip work and talk with each of them. Seemed like he did straightforward cuts, no muss, no fuss - and no nuance. But when he got to me, a visitor instead of the locals who preceded me, he asked what I wanted, took his time, and while we talked about how he came to T or C from Connecticut and how the train should be extended south to Las Cruces, he gave me an excellent cut, complete with razor finishes on my neck and sideburns, and thinning so the cut will look good longer. For $12. Better believe I tipped him. If you're lucky, there may be a jam session in progress when you arrive: Skip said he and his colleague play guitar, and sometimes other folks sit in.

My wife loved the results of my beard trim. I recommend Mr. Skip to anyone out in T or C.read more

My is 1 years old and from the moment we walk in the staff was very welcoming! Even a few customers that were hanging out (nothing too crowed) were super nice and talkative. Dom himself cut my baby's hair, and although my son was great and made it easy to do the cut, Dom did a great job cutting it just how we asked! He also handled my son very well allowing him to see what was going on since he was so curious about it all. Dom even helped pose him so I can get a good picture. Overall I give 5 stars for this experience. Haircut was perfect, customer service was great, and having debit card payments available made it more convenient for us. Thank you guys for a great experience!
