I currently use Rebecca as my stylist and have been seeing her for many years. She's great and very patient with me and my annoying cowlick that effects my bangs. Due to us being from out of town and here for Dr. appointments, we had to reschedule for a half hour later. They understood and happily moved the appointment. When we arrived I expected disappointed staff, but they where happy, friendly and cheerful. These folks seemed like they really enjoy being here and helping people. They went out of their way to help me! That's customer service. I made an appointment here based on previous yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. Thank you Yelp and especially thank you Chameleon Hair Design!

We had our bridesmaid hair done by a chameleon and it was not a great experience…read more -They were not very friendly or professional. Making snide comments to each other in front of clients. Seemed to get annoyed if a client asked them to change or fix something -The quality of the up-dos most definitely did not match the cost that they charged. Each bridesmaid had to have their hair re-done by a hairstylist from a different vendor to fix what they did. They did not seem to listen to the style being asked or able to execute them properly. They very much do "old school" hair (I.e- very tight buns, large poofs, etc) again, not at all the vibe anyone asked for. -Seemed to be a lack of communication/organization between the studio and the bride The studio brought more stylists than agreed upon, and threatened to charge the bride if their "chairs were not filled". Again, lacking professionalism with the way they handled this.

I had been a loyal customer for several years until I got a very bad cut. When I called and made…read morethe appointment I was very clear that I wanted a Deva cut and I was told it was no problem, that the stylist I was scheduled with was Deva certified. I knew I was in for trouble when the stylist started to finger comb my curls. When I reiterated my need for a Deva cut she laughed and said she just liked my hair. There was no curl by curl cut, and half way through she started using a comb. By the end I was horrified at how badly my hair had been cut. I had to go to another salon, get a non-Deva cut, and it still took a year to grow out enough to get my curls back and return to Deva cuts at a different salon. That is eighteen months for shoulder length hair to recover from a bad cut folks. Two babies were conceived and born in the time it took for my hair to get back to where it had been. I did call back and ask who the Deva trained employees were and I was told that all of them are Deva certified. However, when you look at the official Deva site it says that only four of them are and that they are only level one trained.
