Tori is nothing but professional. I was a little early but she let me come in early since it was so hot outside. She sat me down to do a consultation for my color and cut and pricing and we got started right away. She also shared that she had safety procedures in place including CPR, a medical staff person (Carrie) and an eye wash. I have never been to a place that had this in mind. She also shared information about how I should care for my hair and how to determine when was a good time to determine when to come back since hair grows at various rates depending on various conditions. Tori did my cut and styling. Carrie did my color and I was really happy by how much care they took not to get color all over my skin. There were even these little plastic ear covers that went over my entire ears that I have never seen before! They even went back to make sure my ears, face and neck were clean. The color was very pleasant smelling, not chemically at all so there was no burn or stinging. Tori suggested that I also get my eyebrows done and I decided to do this, too. I haven't had that done since before COVID, so it was overdo. Tori and Carrie not only waxed and trimmed my eyebrows but did coloring to match my hair. I had a little scar which she was able to cover up nicely so my eyebrows actually matched and were so natural. I wish that I had found this salon sooner. If I am back in Hawaii I will definitely come back to them. Reasonably priced, great service and such nice people.

The cost ended up being far higher than expected, and why I technically agreed, it didn't feel like a genuine choice in the moment. Overall, the experience felt more stressful than it should have, especially given how expensive it was. I just wanted people to understand before you walk into the salon that it is not a cheap salon. I had a root smudge low light and highlight which was 800 and something I have friends that work in the field and they thought I had extensions put in as well for the price, just wanted to make people aware

Today was my first appointment with Kasea and we fixed a hair job another stylist did. I went into the appointment just thinking about going darker with a toner and for a trim. But she thoroughly explained the vision she had for my hair and made it happen. We went with a full highlight while smudging the roots to create a more cohesive blend, toner to take away the brass and a trim. The environment of the salon was calming and relaxing. I do believe that her kindness and patience alone is worth every penny and the end results are the cherry on top. Thank you for the wonderful experience and I'll see you again soon.

She not only did a fantastic job with the extensions, she answered all my questions and helped my hair go from short, brittle, and dry, to healthy, long and shiny. I no longer need the extensions and my hair has never been healthier. The experience when you go to see Leeanne is not only enlightening when it comes to products and hair health, it's relaxing and comfortable as well. I had an amazing haircut with her last week…read more She was thorough in the intake process and talked through a few inspiration photos I had to really understand what style I was going for and looked carefully at my hair texture before snipping an inch. Then she did a scalp massage that is to die for with aromatherapy. So relaxing!! Once she started cutting she checked in throughout to spot check and ensure the length was right and the look was on the right track. Then, a blow out and some detailing of the cut once my hair was dry, then a perfect beach wavy styling after that. I was so pleased with the cut that I asked her to send over some notes to show to my regular stylist in LA that he can reference for my next cut. :) On top of her skills Leanne is professional and comfortable to be around and you can tell she takes such pride in her work and cares about people.
