I walked in very cautious because with a stylist who is a stranger, a lot can be misunderstood - plus, I have hair almost to my waist, and after encountering some stylists who seemed to feel like a few extra unasked inches off was not a big deal (wut), I am scared of new stylists... but no need for fear, here! Hiro is very attentive and listens very carefully, and clearly had no agenda but to apply his expertise to my direction. Hiro cut my hair dry so I could make adjustments as we saw the progress; he was very conservative at my request, and didn't complain in the least when I reconsidered my asks twice and wanted to cut even more to address the dry ends. It was clear I could trust him not to overdo it, which made me trust his judgement. After the main trim, he did a fantastic wash and head massage, used the dryer on only medium heat (which is so much better for your hair!) and did a little more touch-up trimming once my hair was fully blown out. I walked out feeling like a whole new person, and am super grateful to not have haggard hair for my last few days in London!

They have 4 hair stylists all of different levels. The owner of the shop is the head stylist and she is absolutely lovely. The other girls are also lovely and will give you their honest opinion if you decide to go for a change .. something i am too scared to do. ha ha. Their prices are fantastic considering it could cost triple to have a colour and cut elsewhere. They have a forecourt directly outside their shop which you can use as parking. They also sells hair products such as shampoos (which they are using on their clients when washing their hair to promote the product), hair equipment (i.e.GHDs) etc. Their services range from cuts, colours, bridal hair and hair styling. This is a very popular salon. There is nothing they won't do or go out of their way to help you on. This is not just a salonfor woman - men are also catered for here. Highly recommend.

Booking experience - as an expat living in Singapore traveling to the UK for an occasion, I booked online via the Yelp appointment messaging function. It was my first time using this feature, and I was so happy with the experience. The salon was so responsive (living up to their 100% responsiveness rate), which made it really easy for me to book even with timezones and my busy Pre-travel schedule. I even booked in my boyfriend (who was traveling from the US) for an appointment! The service - from start to finish, everyone I interacted with at the salon was incredibly nice and respectful, both to the customers and each other which made for a great experience. They also had me come in a day early to test the toner for allergies, which showed me the level of care/thought they put in, and I was able to align on the plan for my hair with my fabulous stylist Hannah. It was clear from that convo that Hannah knows what she's doing with blonde highlights AND curly hair - I always ask for recommendations from my stylists (trust the experts!) without me even telling her, she did exactly as I have had done by my hair stylist in the US who had been doing my hair for 5+ years: a mix of blondes to give dimension, extra of the light blonde and layers around my face to frame it, and some light layers in the back for crown volume. The color/cut - Hannah did a fantastic job with both! The color turned out amazingly natural looking, just the right level warmth, and some shine (which is difficult to get with my dry curly hair). The layers at the face were exactly the angle I like them, and I can see a slight difference in crown volume from the layers in the back. The price - for the level of service and quality of cut/color, the prices were very reasonable! I had gone to a much more expensive salon in London over the holidays, as I was nervous about a bad result (charging £60 for a blow out, which I was surprised to find wasn't included in the cut and color), and found that I like my hair from Feel just as much as that salon and actually preferred the service of Feel (much warmer and more personal). Oh and my Boyfriend (who has Long curly hair) also had a great experience with the salon and his stylist, Tom - and was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the salon was! "That's ok" I say "I'll have another stylist" "No you can't" I'm told "it has to be Vicky but she's away, or you'll have to pay full price" Bearing in mind that Vicky is a senior stylist and I wasn't bother about having a beginner or anything in between! New girl on phone was very polite but the receptionist in background sounded so grumpy. I am away on holiday the following week so there was no movement for me, but they were not willing to offer me another stylist as one was on holiday... Wow what great customer service!!!
