For one, you actually have room to walk and think. There is no overcrowding, no yelling between store associates, and no funky smells that greet you at the door. The customer service was also spot on. While there isn't an abundance of inventory, Casey knows the items he does have in store. The outfits are quality pieces at reasonable prices. The store is clean and organized in such a way that makes it inviting to stay and browse. Casey also was not pushy in forcing a sale which made it very easy for my entourage and I to purchase multiple outfits and accessories. A lot of the sales people I encountered were pushy, and downright rude. Because of my past experience, I was dreading looking for a salwar kameez but the ladies that assisted me were very kind. I explained that I'd be attending my first Bengali wedding with my new husband who was accompanying me, and wasn't sure what I was looking for. They made suggestions and suggested I try on some things to get a feel for what I liked. While you really can't expect to be modest at any sari shops, these ladies did give me a little bit more privacy than what I've experienced before and it was appreciated. I tried on 4 different styles and modeled them for my husband before narrowing down what we wanted. Keep in mind that these clothes are NOT cheap. If you have some haggling skills, you can bargain your way down $100 - $200, which we did. That being said, we did end up paying $400 and while that included tailoring, it is still a hefty price tag. As in all shops, they will try to get you to buy more than you intend to and are a bit pushy, but not overwhelmingly so. All in all, I walked out with an awesome outfit that fit like a glove and would recommend this shop to anyone who needs their clothing fast. Otherwise, buy online and have it altered here to your preference and save a bundle!

They have some of their mens collection on the walls. They're true bridal clothes are in the back of the store, which is where we spent the majority of our time. They have a huge collection of bridal clothes and had quite a few for the exact color that I was looking for. The woman working the store, happened to be Afghani and didn't understand Hindi (spoke perfect English though, which was great for me!) and was a true sweetheart the entire time I was there. She was really helpful picking out different clothes and quickly picking up styles that I liked/disliked. She was also nice when trying clothes on, showing me different ways that I could wear the clothes. Overall, a really nice woman....which made me feel bad when we didn't buy anything from them. Their clothes were really nice, but they were a little pricey and they didn't have exactly what I wanted. If I had to do it again, I'd definitely go back there for any occasion that I was looking for an outfit for.

Thankfully the only thing right was the dress and the color of dress magenta (like hot pink) but the color of pillow did not match!!! We never ordered the bouquet of flowers to have any purple in it because the dress has no purple!! And what do we get ??? A bouquet of flower with pink white & PURPLE???? The women there are irresponsible they blame each other on why the order didn't come correct. They are also rude and ignorant. They say if it didn't come out correct its not their fault or they weren't in charge of that section. They are not trust worthy. They say one thing when you place the order but once you go pick the things they claim you said another thing. You can explain 100 times how you had place the order but they insist you said another thing. TIP record what they say so when you pick up your order and it isn't correct and they try saying you said another thing they can look dumb !!! Seriously I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!! Look for another sweet 15/16 / bridal / baptism / decoration shop because this one is defiantly not trust worthy at all and all they going to cause is get you mad.
