I was told to add lemon to my conditioner and see if that worked by her . I left with my hair wet so she couldn't tell. when that didnt work she had me come in and added a toner , I left with my hair wet again and still was to dark. no blonde at all. Shelly strung me along for over a week with every excuse to not refoil or even look at it and what didn't work! I paid $230 for a partial foil and cut(trim). I now need to go pay to have my hair fixed!!!! she's the owner, and over charges for average grade service. Quality not worth $$$$ !
