I go every 5-6 weeks for colour and a cut and have never had room to complain. The salon has a great atmosphere and the sylists are both friendly and very helpful. They use the best TIGI colours which last much longer and look great. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone and in fact a few of my friends have transfered from other salons to Fusion. I have booked my Christmas hair appointment with short notice and the girls are staying late to accommodate me.

I explained to the stylist I was growing it out. Rather than discussing her thoughts with me, she simply went ahead, performed the undercut without even tidying the top. I had a 1/4 - 1/3 cut but paid more than double that I would pay in Canada. I can not share the female stylists name; she never even introduced herself nor did she maintain any eye contact when she gave me a most insincere "thank you, nice meeting you" good-bye as I was paying the over-priced amount. I felt she didn't care. Why should she. She would never see me again, after all; I was just another tourist. Tony and Guy is respected the world over.
