Linn is incredibly talented when it comes to hair color. She created a gorgeous, multi-dimensional blend that looks both natural and elevated. The tones are warm, rich, and perfectly balanced, and my hair feels just as healthy as it looks. Her attention to detail really shows in the final result.

Linn is not detailed when cutting hair. She uses thinning shears as a shortcut instead of taking the time to cut precisely, which led to uneven results. When I got home, I realized one side of my hair was noticeably longer than the other which is something I didn't notice in the salon because my hair was blown out. I reached out to Linn to fix the mistake, she responded by asking me to wash my hair before coming in. If a stylist doesn't do their job that forces a client to take time out of their schedule to return, the last thing they should do is make demands of the client. She didn't even apologize for messing up my hair! Tip: go to someone who actually pays attention to detail.

If I could have Linn as my only hair stylist and hidden from yall, I would do it in a heartbeat. She is a master at her craft! Now keep in mind this is my first time having her do my hair and it was for my wedding (even more stressful for her). Rather than saying we won't be able to achieve the exact same hair as in the inspo pic, she diligently explained the whys and why nots but also gave her own professional opinion on what would make me look good as a bride. From there, she won over my trust and in the end, she delivered. As you watch her work, you can see how meticulous she is when it comes to the details and how she values the quality of her work. Linn did such an amazing job on my hair - I can't recommend her enough! I had sent her some inspo photos on cool-toned balayages and Linn completely delivered! I also had another event to go to that day and she was able to get me out so quickly. What I love most about Linn is how she takes the time to walk me through how I should be treating my hair afterwards to maintain my colors. My hair turns brassy easily, so it's nice to hear that I should be using blue shampoo with a hair mask to maintain the color. If you're looking for a new hair stylist, she's your girl! I was looking for a hair stylist that worked with K-Tips as I wanted to get them done for my upcoming wedding and came across Linn's page on Instagram. I messaged her with the details and some inspiration photos and she helped guide me with the possible options as my hair has previously been done by another hair stylist and grown out. I scheduled an appointment with her for babylights/balayage and it turned out amazing! Linn gave me tips and recommendations of how to care for my hair better as well as what products to use. I will be returning in a few months for a touch up as well as K-Tips. She is very easy to communicate with and I would definitely recommend her, I have received many compliments on my hair :)

The color came out EXACTLY how I wanted and made me feel like a beautiful mermaid! ‍ I also got extensions installed for the first time as I wanted to keep my same length, but just more volume. She took the time to explain how extensions work and how much product I would need to achieve what I asked. She even explained how to take care of the extensions to ensure it lasts for a long time. I can't recommend Linn enough and I think I found my new hair girl!

Although I had a few good experiences with Linn, ultimately I got fed up with a lot of miscommunication. I have nothing against her level of English however unfortunately it does get in the way. It's frustrating when someone puts words in your mouth and make you feel stupid. As a business owner doing services for people I believe it's a given to get feedbacks from clients. Never once have I complained nor told her things were her fault. Ever. I went there yesterday and showed her a picture of how I'd like my hair. She informs me that my hair can't achieve that color exactly and also adding that I complain. Please. Let's pull up our whole chat here if we need to. I understood that 1000% as she kept repeating herself speaking condescendingly as if I'm not understanding. The thing is she wasn't understanding me. I then asked her her opinion on what would be the best option to go with in order to get it as close ( not that I was going to follow what she says I just wanted to see what her opinions were from a professional stand point) she then turned me away and canceled on me. Alright, cool. I get it. I can respect a business owners decision as they have the right to turn down any services, I still tipped her 80$ for taking off my extensions for me not that I had a lot left on my hair. I'm not that kind of person. however again I really frkn wish she could've asked me these questions over the phone so I didn't have to waste my time driving back and forth. But thank you linn, because of your lack of skills and confidence, I'm now here at another place my gf introduced me to as we speak. Very happy this worked out this way. Girl bye. read more

I am so happy I found Linn!! She's the kind of stylist who puts her clients first and truly cares about their best interest. It shows in how she treats her clients! Without any hesitation, she goes above and beyond to provide the best service. She even got me 7 leaves as I waited for my hair to process and snacks when I got hungry. She's very knowledgeable about how to keep hair healthy throughout the process. She shared best tips to keeping my hair at a good stage and never pressured me to do more or less than I wanted. It has taken me a long time to write this review. First off I would like to say, I booked a follow up apt on May 11th, and was going to request for my hair to be corrected. However I did not show up nor tell Linn, which was my mistake and I take accountability for that. Linn is a very nice person, she made sure I had food during my appointment, and I'm sure she is very talented as well... however, got my hair done about two months ago, and when my hair was completed she did not show me my hair straight. She told me that "this hair do is the best for curled hair". Not really understanding what this meant until after, I was okay with it. She took photos of my hair and it looked fine, HOWEVER... when I got home I saw how atrocious it was. Honestly the worst hair coloring I have ever had. The most disappointing thing was that I was charged $640 for this. I understand things take time and labor, but this is NOT OKAY. For paying that much I expect BETTER RESULTS. Please check your hair straight before you leave somewhere. I'd like my money back. read more

Leaving another review for Linn because this woman saved my hair. The last hair stylist I had every time I tell her what I want she's like you know what I'm cutting your hair more short. She was overpriced and did a horrible job. I discovered Linn and she has been my savor since the last lady. My hair has been growing and looking thicker with my natural wavy hair. I discovered Linn close to a year and it's been amazing. Even my daughter's hair has been looking amazing and she has natural curly hair. Even her hair been growing longer since going with Linn. Linn is super sweet and caring. I found her through a random search on Yelp and I'm glad I did. I sent her photos of my current hair and my desired hair and she gave me the price right away. I don't know about y'all but in my experience, most, if not all hairstylists can never give me an estimate prior to making an appointment which can be frustrating because you never know what the damage is until you're actually done. But with Linn, she was upfront with the cost beforehand which made me feel a lot more comfortable than getting a surprise bill at the end. I wanted a silver with purple tones and she honestly told me that she can't guarantee the exact color but will get it close to it as possible. It's nice to have a transparent person be upfront than not being told the truth from the start. I am in love with my hair and will definitely be back to see Linn for future touch ups! read more

One of my biggest concerns when getting my hair colored is that it turns brassy or orange after a while. I didn't have that issue AT ALL with Linn. She did my hair a year ago at a different salon and I came to see her again here to get my hair curled for an event. Her pricing is superrrrr affordable, only $25! I got a quote somewhere else and they quoted me like $50+ just for curls. I will literally follow her anywhere she goes. She's so good and puts so much care into what she does. Chi Linn provides the best customer service! She is also incredibly talented and knowledgeable in coloring your hair. She's also very cool and fun to talk to. Her vibe is awesome. I've been going to her for over a year now and every time I am done, I've always been happy about my hair. She also gives really nice haircuts.
