I went to this salon twice. On the positive side, it's a cute atmosphere, prices are reasonable,…read moreand the employees are relatively friendly. However, I can't say that I would go there again. Both times, my hair was cut in a hurry. Perhaps the fastest my hair has ever been cut in my 37 years of life. The first time, I was the only one in the salon and there were no appointments after me. My haircut turned out okay, but I almost always think a haircut turns out good or great. I went back again today because I like the Old Town Tomball location. Alas, I was a few minutes late, my fault. Once again, it was a super fast hair cut. It was then I realized: this salon overbooks. They only allow 45 mins for a shampoo, haircut and blow dry. I was promptly kicked out of my chair at 43 mins into the appointment with halfway wet hair. Very bizarre. I guess when I think of the "salon" experience, I don't think of speed. Again, partially my fault this time since I arrived a bit late, but I still think there are major flaws in their scheduling and quality. It's a shame since the location is so good and it's a cute place.

Bless her heart, she's a great colorist but not the best at cutting hair. She left it with frayed ends, choppy, more damaged looking than it was and still thick and hard to manage. Imagine asian mullet. Yup. Help! So on to get help. In the course of 5 yrs of living in Houston, I would have to say Duc was the best at cutting my hair. I took his first available appointment.
