He has seen me thru everything from the rachel cut to dip dyes to highlights and I can honestly say he will not do something that he feels would not suit me or be too difficult to look after in the home. My best friend also had a bad experience with Rosie. It was near the end of the day and her hair was not finished she was one of the last customers to leave and Rosie was standing at the main entrance and as my friend walked out Rosie said to her we do have other things to do you know. Why her hair taking longer than planned was my friends fault I don't know but she had just paid over £350 and to be spoken to like that isn't on in my opinion. I have also had Rosie do my hair she washed it with freezing water cut it terrible and had an attitude like she THOUGHT she was better than everyone else and it was some kind of favour she was doing for me by doing my hair huffing puffing and sighing the whole way through. Quite a difference for a broke student. At least I had nice hair. The service, as far as I remember, was average and felt a bit as though the hairdresser didn't really care and was just going through the motions.
