No accidental wound or pain (which I was also thankful for). The price was fair as well for a sns. PS: it was done with my own nails, no acrylic added. I let them choose a shape that would fit my short fingers and I quite like the one they went for. I've never tried it before. Would definitely recommend.

I love that each chair gets a fresh liner in the bowl to ensure nothing is transmitted from one client to the next. She was very attentive and took her time with my nails. I love how personable the staff is, especially Tony, the owner. This is the only place I'll go in Jasper because I trust them with my feet. The salon is clean and open. The lighting is bright and the massage chairs are a huge plus. Even for a petite person, I can take advantage of the chair without being uncomfortable in the seat. The hot stone pedi was $54+ tip and it was well worth it. For people planning to go, I recommend tipping in cash.

She yelled at me saying "do you want the same color or not" and slammed down what she was holding. Other patrons looked and shook their head. I was embarrassed and thought it's only my toes so didn't make a scene. Another tech was working on my nails at the same time and when she was done I mentioned that one foot looked shiny and the other looked dull. He spoke to her I another language, so she came back wiped the dull side slammed down the cloth and said to me "satisfied". I wasn't, so the technician working on my hand nails went over got another bottle of what looked like a top coat and and applied it so then both feet looked similar. I was charged $110.00 because she said she did a manicure which she didn't do before the man took over on my hands. I questioned it but she stood firm. I will talk to the owner. Be aware!!!!!

My cuticles were pushed, but not trimmed. They were torn on most nails. They didn't use sterile tools. The file she used was so used she had to throw it away. When she painted my nails she used a "dabbing" motion that caused the paint to look terrible and got a lot of paint on my fingers. The top coat she used was called "out the door" and to use that you have to cover the whole nail because it causes shrinking. She only painted top coat on a little bit of each nail.
