Staff is indifferent. My pedicure left not only my ingrown still intact but rough dead skin still on my heels. Provider was struggling to "paint inside the lines" when it came to my toenails. One of my newly SNS nails is sporting a bubble not to mention that when put side by side none of the tips match in thickness or curvature. Disappointing. I will not be returning. read more

Should have checked the reviews first, lol. A male did my pedicure this morning, asked if I wanted to pay an extra $20 for a longer, and better massage. I've never had a foot massage tickle so much in my life from lack of effort. Zero pressure applied. Also asked them to fix one of them that I accidentally messed up, they didn't care to do so, and I didn't care to tip. ZERO STARS if I could. This was the worst experience I ever had in a nail salon. My friend and I came for a manicure and a pedicure. I got a manicure and pedicure and she got acrylic nails and a pedicure. The guy who did my pedicure was very rough. I paid for a deluxe and barely got my toes painted little alone any massage or lotion. I brought my polish with me since I wanted to try a new kind that changes colors in the sun. When we went to pay they charged to shape her nails without asking her and they charged me for nail polish removal for hands and feet. How do you do a pedicure or a manicure without removing the polish from the previous visit? She was rude and tried to convince me everyone had done that. I have had my nails done a long time and never had that trash charge on my bill. If I pay you for a pedicure and a manicure I expect you to remove old polish in those fees. Basically, I paid $162 for this terrible service with many trash fees. I will never do business with a shady business and that is what they are. I have been there before and never had this happen. I guess they need to pay the rent in their new building. I hope you will think twice before you go to this terrible salon or at least expect to pay for trash fees they will try to convince you everybody charges. read more

Zero stars honestly. I was there over 3 hours tonight and half that was waiting to get started. My final bill was $60 for classic pedicure and SNS on natural nails. So many things were just not right. I decided to have mine redone here versus my normal salon because it was for Prom preparation for my oldest and we were supposed to meet another mother, daughter there. They canceled last minute and when I arrived my daughter was in progress. I have issue with her service too but that's another review. Let's just stick to mine, for now. The water was way to hot and even my daughter remarked on my lobster skin after dipping them into bowl. No apologies from the tech who who went to work after quite some time of waiting. The pedicure was ok despite the fact she accidentally dumped a lot of bright red nail polish all over my foot and toes because she was looking at the bottom of the bottle and not paying attention. The red nail polish comes into play later on my finger nails. She begins work on my nails by using the Dremel but is surprised by the thickness of sns on nails (they were about 4 weeks old, I get 4-6 weeks easy on my normal sns often up to 8 because my nails do not grow fast at all) and wraps my nails with remover. Once we transferred to her station and begin the process, I noticed several things. She was not fully coating my nails before dipping them into sns powder. Which quickly begin to show my edges where not covered on majority of nails. I pointed this out and she said it would cover and be fine. She only did two rounds of the dip and one round of the cover dipping powder. (Normal is 3-4 rounds and 2). It was very clear I had edges sticking out and when I pointed out they where still there and more prominent, she tried to file down and O refused because it would have made my nails uneven. She tapered tips on some and started over but did not complete it properly. As I'm watching I noticed I had red polish mixed in on one nail and a dark spot on another. I pointed it out and she tried to say dark spot was my nail bed (which I told her I could prove was not with pics) and the red spot that she didn't say anything in rebuttal but went back to work. My nails were still very jagged and she couldn't seem to get them smooth and O actually still have some real left over from my prior sns at the edge of one. At this point the male gentleman who had worked on my daughter took over and i began to explain I my normal experience with sns is 5-8 weeks (he immediately cut me off much like he did my daughter and tells me his nails only last 2-3 weeks and nail that last longer are done bad and cause fungus and maybe my nails were bad to begin with.) I was flabbergasted, insulted and furious at this point. I simply asked him what was the cost and specifically asked if there was any discount at all to my service (I asked because my daughter and I got same service with one minor difference of multicolored sns, and her total was $85). He said NO he does not discount any services period. Notice at top I paid $60 so somewhere someone either discounted for per service and lied or my daughter was seriously overcharged. I don't expect the nails to make it two weeks and I'm not going back. read more

If I could give them a 0 I would. By far the worst experience at a nail salon. I wanted the deluxe pedicure & they put me in a pedicure chair and I sat there for 45 minutes before anyone came to talk to me or put my feet in water. Then he told me he only had the lavender option but the lady beside me had the other options out as she was doing someone else's nails. I asked him for the other options and he told me no, he ran the water and never asked me if the temperature was okay. I asked him if he could make the water warm as it was cold the entire time and he said no. He cut my nails and was huffing and puffing the entire time. On the deluxe you are supposed to get nail shaping and he cut them so uneven I had to come home and cut them myself. He put the sugar scrub on my leg that came out of a box in little packages I asked to see the box since I have sensitive skin - there were no ingredients on the box and I asked if it was okay for sensitive skin he said yes and continues to put it on my legs, my legs started burning and broke out in hives and I asked him to wash it off and he said he wasn't done and kept rubbing it in. I then told him I needed him to wash it off since I was in pain and another woman came over and I asked her to wash it off and she said it's fine it's just because your legs are shaved. (I had shaved them two days ago) I had hives on my legs because the products they use are extremely cheap. I then asked if they could just fix how he cut my toenails and paint them and he said he had to use the lotion that came in the box and I explained I didn't want to use that product and he told me he couldn't finish my toes to paint them unless I used the lotion? Never offered me another kind of lotion just refused to do anything else. I asked to leave and pay for the services I received which was only having my feet soaked in cold water, my toe nails cut uneven and the sugar scrub that broke me out. I got to the register and she told me I owed $36 - a regular pedicure is $25 + I never got my toes painted or anything they only soaked my feet. I told her I would pay $20 and leave him a $6 tip for the work he did and she laughed at me. I told her that was fair since I didn't even get the basic pedicure done. She let me pay and continued to yell at me and tell me that I didn't know how a pedicure worked and it is up to me to tell her I have an allergy? Which I did ask the man if it was safe for sensitive skin. I have been multiple places and never had this issue. Horrible service, do not waste your time or money. read more

I was very disappointed with with both my pedicure and my pink and white fill. One lady was doing my pedicure and the other one did my nails. She cut my toe and I had to remind them several times that they were hurting me. When I got home I couldn't believe how bad my nails looked. I have had pink and white nails for over 10 years and they have never looked this bad! I will never go there again!!! read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would 100 times. From the very beginning, the one guy was extremely unpleasant & rude. I come in with 2 of my children & one of my friends. All of us were getting a pedicure & 3 of us were getting a manicure. First, as soon as we sat down, he tells us he can't do our color that we picked out. ( let me just say, the colors we picked out was off of their shelf) he was just being extremely disrespectful. so he then decided to tell us that if we got any other nail shape, it would be an additional $100.00 extra. What? I then asked if it the owner was around, & he tells me he is the owner. So I asked 2 different employees, both telling me he isn't the owner. I then asked how much It would be to get my eyebrows waxed, he says 10, & proceeds to tell me he will do half for 4 dollars. So when the other guy sits down & starts my nails, he tells my friend that he doesn't like her & he is never doing her nails again. These people are just extremely rude there's no way you're gonna have any kind of acceptable customer service at this joke of a place. Just a heads up, if you come here do not expect anything more than rude, disrespectful & money hungry employees who add to the price just because they have formed their own opinion about you in 5 minutes or less. read more

The first time I came here it was amazing they did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable. Today not so much. I got a mani pedi. My pedicure looks absolutely gorgeous and they did a wonderful job. Now on my manicure not at all. Now granted I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. However my nails were shaped differently than I instructed and the nail polish was painted too thinly on. Also the sides of my nails did not get painted even after I asked for them to get retouched. I ended up buying my color so I could fix them when I got home. So for a pedicure I recommend this place highly but a manicure probably not the best idea. read more
