Well after second time they come to door and say if he does it again y'all have to leave so I asked doesn't it lock like all other doctors office. Rude ppl do a cleaning in 10 mins lol . I wouldn't recommend nobody take a dog here let alone a human. I do have to say the young lady at desk was very nice . Like another reviewer I didn't post why I gave a one star on Google but I will here…read more They have problems with answering their phones and they give you a bogus diagnosis about how many truthful cleanings you do need. My first visit, I sat in the waiting area for two hours. I hadn't seen a dentist in a while so I waited until they called me. This was a reoccurring problem, you ended up getting a text or call telling you to come in earlier but you wait three times as long as anywhere else. They claimed I needed a deep cleaning every three months. I've never needed that before this appointment and since I've gone to another dentistry after this place, I've not received that "diagnosis" again. They only did this because I had to pay entirely out of pocket due to most insurances won't cover more than one deep cleaning a year. Apparently after two "late cancelations" they no longer schedule you. I had good reasons for my cancelations. I don't want to throw up on them due to morning sickness nor do I want to cough or sneeze on them either when I had a really bad flu. I even ended up in the hospital because of both reasons combined. I made several attempts ahead of time to cancel my appointments but nobody would answer my phone calls. This was a reoccurring problem as well. I waited for the automated text and canceled as soon as I got it. Apparently one staff member even rescheduled me for an appointment I didn't know I had. Try to stay away from this place if you can. The headache is not worth it.

Ashley at the desk is super nice, understanding, informative , and responsive! That goes a long way to me. Dr.jeanne is wonderful and wants to genuinely help The best way she can for what your issue is. The hygienist Kristin was so nice and caring. I cried with bad news and she listened. Helped with options and made me feel a lot better. Definitely recommend.

The most important thing that I remember is she didn't get me numb enough and when I flenched and told Dr. Martin it hurt, she seemed mad at me and the rest of the visit she was very "cold" towards me even after I apologized for flenching.
