Daughter which is 17 had appointment today at 3:00 . When arriving not a person was in waiting room beside myself and 2 year grandson. I don't know about everyone else but I have my first time seeing 2 yr old sit in dr office reading a damn magazine. Anyway he open the door just enough to peek back to see his aunt . Well after second time they come to door and say if he does it again y'all have to leave so I asked doesn't it lock like all other doctors office. Rude ppl do a cleaning in 10 mins lol . I wouldn't recommend nobody take a dog here let alone a human. I do have to say the young lady at desk was very nice . Hell with the rest of the place I could say more about other experiences, but I'll get back to that at another time. Had to give 1 star to post but they don't deserve that . read more

Like another reviewer I didn't post why I gave a one star on Google but I will here. They have problems with answering their phones and they give you a bogus diagnosis about how many truthful cleanings you do need. My first visit, I sat in the waiting area for two hours. I hadn't seen a dentist in a while so I waited until they called me. This was a reoccurring problem, you ended up getting a text or call telling you to come in earlier but you wait three times as long as anywhere else. They claimed I needed a deep cleaning every three months. I've never needed that before this appointment and since I've gone to another dentistry after this place, I've not received that "diagnosis" again. They only did this because I had to pay entirely out of pocket due to most insurances won't cover more than one deep cleaning a year. Apparently after two "late cancelations" they no longer schedule you. I had good reasons for my cancelations. I don't want to throw up on them due to morning sickness nor do I want to cough or sneeze on them either when I had a really bad flu. I even ended up in the hospital because of both reasons combined. I made several attempts ahead of time to cancel my appointments but nobody would answer my phone calls. This was a reoccurring problem as well. I waited for the automated text and canceled as soon as I got it. Apparently one staff member even rescheduled me for an appointment I didn't know I had. Try to stay away from this place if you can. The headache is not worth it. read more

Scheduled a cleaning prior to having fillings put in. After having to reschedule (took a month), I came in to have my teeth cleaned and waited 2 hours and 20 minutes in the lobby. I asked to see if my cleaning could be rescheduled to the same day as my fillings and was told that there was no way this could be done and if I did not have my teeth cleaned I could not get fillings. Waiting in the lobby for over two hours is completely unacceptable, especially since no alternative was even offered, it was either stay or deal with tooth pain. Needless to say I do not recommend this office. Additionally, I feel that my concerns regarding my teeth and jaw pain were all but ignored. read more

I made a Google review too but never made a comment as to why, but I will here. I came in as a new patient, never been here before. Sat and waited for an hour and a half, watched 4 people who got there AFTER me get called back then the receptionist call me up front to ask me if I'd come back 2 hours later.. i never came back because I felt like it was a waste of time. So yes, I have been to your dental office. No I did not get work done, THATS THE PROBLEM. I'm not leaving a review based off your work, I'm leaving a review based off the laziness I seen and had to deal with... by far the WORST experience I've had an any dental office. you definitely run your mouth on reviews better than you work in one. I would know because I sat on your office longer than I should've and never even got work done. But I give you a 1 star review and you're all over that. read more

I really wanted to find a good dentist, but sadly I did not have the best experience here. I originally called back in November for a cavity where a filling was needed and the tooth was beginning to be quite sensitive and painful. Due to the pandemic, like others I have not visited a dentist as often as I should. I got a somewhat quick appointment for the first week in December. The first visit they did nothing to fix the problem. Took xrays and pictures which was expected. They then wanted to do a deep cleaning, great. I'm sure it was needed. It's important to mention I have three children and childcare is not easily obtained for needed appointments. 2nd appointment I go into the office to find out they had canceled my appointment through email. Yes, email. They emailed me to tell me they were short staffed & had canceled my appointment. It happens, but a call would of been much more efficient. So I leave and make another appointment. At the next one, again they did not fix the original problem, only cleaned half of my teeth and scheduled another appointment, which I was told they finally be starting on the work! Woohoo! Finally. Not. I go into the next appointment, again having to find childcare, told I would be there a good amount of time. They did not mention to me at anytime through the other "half" cleaning that their plans had changed. She simply gets finished with cleaning and says we'll see you back next time to start on the work! At this point I'm pretty upset. It's been since November I've been dealing with a super sensitive tooth. It's now into February. I had to make an appointment elsewhere. I do not recommend this dentist if you are needing work completed. read more

I went to this dentist with a problem with a molar. They rebuilt it with material normally used for fillings and charged me $800. A week later it fell apart and they wanted another $1000 to fix it "right this time". I went elsewhere. When I mentioned their name at work I was told several horror stories from coworkers and case managers. The common theme was to do the most expensive procedure they can get away with. Anyone with dental insurance usually had their annual service allowance drained in one visit. I notice that the only other negative review is now gone and only a review obviously done by someone connected to the business remains. That is my main reason for writing this review. People need to know the truth about this place before getting sucked in. read more

This dental office is so professional, they go above and beyond to make sure your experience and the work that is done is top notch. I was here on vacation from Massachusetts and had a issue with a few of my teeth, and needed a dentist right away. They did such awesome work, I am flying down in a few months to get more dental work done. Its worth the plane fare for the exceptional service and its less expensive then Massachusetts. read more
