We live near Middletown, NY so it isn't a trip that we make often. That being said, we returned because the coat that we originally purchased, was starting to wear out. It was well worth the asking price, considering it lasted 8 years. The staff was more than helpful in our quest to purchase another warm coat. We left the store after finding a great coat that will hopefully keep my wife as warm and comfortable as the last coat. Remember, you get what you pay for.
