I was looking for Ketamine Assisted Therapy for my treatment-resistant depression & bipolarity…read more Their bedside manner, specifically the anesthesiologist, is bordering on horrible. Their response time is great- Oli, the ketamine-coach, is usually available via phone and is patient and kind. My main problem: The medical staff did not look for ongoing verbal consent, they didn't explain what was happening during my intake and started putting "vitamins" in my bloodstream without explaining consulting/asking for consent. If you engage with them, be specific about your needs for ongoing verbal consent, clear medical explanations, and a bedside manner that leads to feeling respected. The MD (anesthesiologist) dismissed my concerns by saying "it's natural- it's not the medicine, it's natural." When I asked for clarity on the medical meaning of "natural," I was met with frustration and "it's things that are already in your body." Again- that's not a medical response- it's dismissive. Oli, the person in charge of guiding/coaching me through the experience, admitted that the anesthesiologist is a great doctor but lacks a good bedside manner. I was baffled- why would you allow that with severely depressed folks? Everything is paid out of pocket, which means that if they start any kind of IV bag (with or without telling you?) you are on the hook for the dollars. If you are looking for Ketamine treatments with psychotherapy, that is NOT the main thing this place offers. They do offer a legal space for therapists to come in and assist clients in a Ketamine session. This was not clear to me until I carefully read and signed their paperwork before my first on-site visit. They offer COACHING to accompany ketamine experiences. The coaches are NOT THERAPISTS OR PSYCHIATRISTS. If you are suffering, I'm sorry, mental illness is so debilitating. If you use CIT, make sure you explain your needs for information and consent as things are being done to you. READ their disclaimers. Also, they don't have encryption, so anything medical you share will not be protected by encryption. Again, I didn't find this out until I read the proverbial fine print.

It's hard to put into words how profoundly the team at CIT has positively impacted my life. While I…read morehave had previous ketamine treatments, the experience with CIT had been the most complete, compassionate, effective, and comfortable. Treatments can often stretch the limits of your comfort, and can bring up heavy feelings as you integrate your experiences and memories. You will be prepped ahead of time, and debriefed after/between sessions. The rooms are very comfortable, and you can utilize the level of stimulation (music, lights, etc) to your liking. I've only worked with Dr. Danforth as the administering physician, who is thoughtful and collaborative with dosing and care plans. I have spoken to Dr. Tibble at length on the phone, who provided me with a ton of information about their services and process. Joyce handles the scheduling and payments (and sometimes intake/IV starts), and is very responsive, kind, and skilled. The entire team exudes warmth. I recommend them highly to anyone who is considering ketamine treatment. I have been to both the Marin and Vacaville clinics, and both are great. While the entire team is fantastic, I have to give a special shout out to Oli, one of the guides. Oli has been by my side during each treatment, holding space, grounding me, asking gentle but pointed questions, and listening and reflecting with the deepest compassion and non-judgment. I can say with certainty that my treatments would not have been as effective without this guidance and support, though the ketamine itself does some pretty miraculous work (and some people prefer a solo journey). He is thoughtful, warm, and you get the sense that he truly cares about your well-being and future. I am incredibly grateful for his presence. Book a call to learn more - they are more than willing to provide you with extensive information and answer any of your questions.

If you are looking for a place to heal any family trauma you have been through LOOK ELSEWHERE!!…read moreTheir website speaks of many things they offer but once you get your family in they do NONE of it. I took my teenage son here in hopes to repair damage that has been done to important relationships as Kaiser was lacking in the areas we needed. Initially you have to fill out many documents and answer questionnaires prior to your first visit. I was given too different explanations on how our first visit would go. Upon arriving to the first visit it was very different than expected. The clinician we were scheduled with was uninformed of why we were there as if the paperwork was for nothing. I was also told that they work with my child and they bring in family as they get to know my child more. This NEVER happened. They not only did nothing that their website speaks of but also violated HIPAA in more ways than one. They told his father one thing and I was left with just a "sorry we are unable to provide any information" they were clearly being bias. My son was left off in worse condition than when he began. I only gave one star because you have to choose something. If you need help with your teenage child/ family this is NOT the place for you. Family restoration is a joke of a place. Don't waste your time or money with this place.

They offer individual counseling, group therapy, DUI classes, NA and AA meetings, and can refer you to a psychiatrist that can prescribe meds. There are some really good staff here that really care. If you genuinely want to get better and put your all into it you can find a really good support system here. I like how they have activities for the holidays. A special shout out to my therapist, Steve Smith, who is legit the best therapist I have ever had. Thanks HP.

We joke about it all these years later, but coming back for those follow up sessions would be exactly what I needed and truthfully, what I was lacking in my life. Whitney embodies compassion, care, empathy, and love and provides the safety of allowing me to show up as I am on any given day ready to help me unpack whatever I bring her. I came to her at a point in my life when I had shattered as a person. She has been by my side through some incredibly challenging times and there isn't anyone else that I would want in my corner when life happens. Whitney is an incredible therapist. If you are looking for someone who will see you as you are, accept you as you are, and who will walk by your side as you navigate the triumphs and challenges life throws at you, she is the one you need. I think she's pretty amazing and am thankful for her every day.

I tried one avenue, but it just didn't work. So I went on a search for a different therapist. And that search went on day after day, hour after hour. I spoke to some, but nothing ever felt like it was the right fit. Until one day, when I was feeling defeated, I stumbled upon Whitney. I took a look at her website and read her reviews and felt hopeful for the first time in days. From the moment I first spoke to Whitney, I knew she was the one to help me. Two years later, and I can say with absolute certainty that choosing Whitney to be my therapist was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Whitney is compassionate, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. She knows how to create a warm, comfortable and supportive environment where you feel safe to tell her all your thoughts and feelings. She's patient and kind, and never gives up on finding ways to help you. She has been such a positive light in my life, and has helped me overcome so much. While I'm still a work in progress, it's all thanks to Whitney that I have made it this far. And that is why I recommend and will always recommend Whitney. If you're looking for someone to help you get back onto the path to happiness, you've found her.

In the end of the court ordered sessions submitted a incomplete report to the court, still charging me full price! The report consisted of only emails from my ex husband, and his mother, and nothing from me or my side of the family, and no custody recommendations or findings about the kids. When questioned why he never brought any abuse allegations to CPS he had no answer, he went MONTHS after the allegations and finally filed a report I'm guessing because he realized his license was at stake as a mandated reporter. He later admitted he had never worked with kids as young as mine and had never done a report such as the incomplete one he submitted to the court and had no idea what he was doing. This man cost me thousands of dollars in session bills, court fees and time I will never get back with my kids. He would often scold my toddler for acting like a toddler, having shoes on couch (his legs were too short to reach off the edge, and touching breakable things within reach) no toys, nothing age appropriate to engage the kids with. There's months and months worth of details I could include here, and I have enough of a case to pursue legal action but hope this man chooses to retire instead of continuing to steal money and destroy families.

The insurance company did a provider search and when they spoke to the office, they were told there were appointments available. First call to the office, the receptionist argued with us and said the office doesn't accept our insurance. She insisted that no one from the insurance had spoken to their office. I should have just called the virtual provider and written off Dr. Bradlee's office. Instead, I called the insurance, and they called the office again. After that we were given an appointment. They do accept our insurance but didn't currently have any other patients using it. We went in for the initial evaluation where Dr. Bradlee said he would send in the request to get the testing approved through our insurance. He said it takes 2-3 weeks. I called the insurance multiple times and they never received the request. The appointment was on February 18th, and they have refused to answer calls or emails since then. It's now June 19th. This office is definitely not there to help people.
