Poor customer service, poor communication, and sub par experience overall. Our former CPA recommended this firm as they had taken over most of their business when he retired. We scheduled an appointment, and met with a gentleman by the name of Loren who leaves much to be desired on first impressions. We waited 10 minutes past our appointment time with no explanation or reason, and when he did bring us back he couldn't even introduce himself properly. A rocky start at best. We were then insulted with the can you afford our services questions. I didn't realize we needed to show up in our finest apparel to receive a decent customer experience. He made an off the cuff comment as to how if we were expecting to pay $50 for tax services this wasn't the place. Clearly, we were there for a reason. Where can you pay $50 for taxes these days? After holding our taxes hostage for more than 43 days, and getting the run around numerous times as to why they were not yet completed, we finally had to pick up the tax folder and take it someplace else. When we asked the receptionist why they were not yet completed, we got the excuse they took on too much new business and didn't have enough staff to execute everyone's needs in a timely manner. To add insult to injury, we didn't even receive all of our tax information back. Our tax planner that we had used, and a few other pertinent documents were missing, leaving us to retrace our steps, and duplicate our efforts. I would never recommend utilizing this firm for any form of business unless you want incompetence, coupled with veiled classism. read more

One to two months ago, I got a message from the team that it would be good to meet with Patrick Loree to make sure that my insurance policies are offering me the protection that I need. I met with Patrick in person one on one, and he gave me a lot of helpful advice. As a person who double checks everything, before agreeing to anything, I ran by Patrick Loree's recommendation with my financial advisor (who has no relationship with State Farm) the next day, who agreed 100% with Patrick Loree's recommendations, in terms on purchasing umbrella insurance and increasing my car liability coverage; my financial advisor was impressed that Patrick offered only the coverages that I needed, and nothing more beyond that. Patrick also advised me to purchase roadside assistance coverage at a very very low cost. Coincidentally, three weeks later, the battery of my car key ran out , and within a week at night, I locked myself out of my car (my car key and house key were in the car). I called State Farm, and within 60 minutes , a person contracted by State Farm came by to unlock my car. I wasn't charged anything. I'm really impressed with Tom Weber, his team, and Patrick Loree, and I would recommend him to my family and friends.
