There are potholes and major dips in the roads between the storage units. When it rained, the dips filled with water. When it snowed, the pavement wasn't plowed well (even though they own their own equipment), which in turn froze over making it dangerous to get into the unit. It seems that the only money they put into the place is building new units to collect more money, then to raise the rent on all of the units. The employees sit in the office and smoke all day to just collect money from people. We went to CubeSmart where we are paying the same for far better service.

When I read the other reviews, I decided to make the 1 Hour drive from lower New Hampshire. And, as…read morethe old saying goes, you get what you pay for, and I don't mind paying out when I'm getting the highest available quality - and that's what this place offers. Even when they were done with my black 2025 RAV4, I noticed a couple small marks on the hood that I thought were imperfections, possibly from their work or maybe high spots from the multiple layers of ceramic coating that I thought maybe weren't buffed out even evenly. Even though the owner did politely suspect that it might've been from some tree sap (that I did come in with) that he thought maybe actually etched into the clearcoat paint, still, he had the entire hood redone without charging me, just to be sure and so he took the position assuming that the customer might be right. Well, in the end I was wrong - and still this guy had the highest level of integrity I've run into in a long time (in any business). I am definitely always taking my car back and recommending this place. It's not often that you find extremely high-quality work combined with very great customer service and integrity.

I paid $10,000 to have XPEL PPF and ceramic coating done on two vehicles here, and I regret…read morechoosing a detailing shop over a dedicated PPF installer to save money. The PPF work was subcontracted out, and the quality was poor. On my Range Rover, the film around the rear tailgate was left with a wide, unwrapped edge and an exposed seam that started lifting and trapping dirt within a few weeks. This is a straightforward area to wrap, and it contradicts what I was told before booking -- that edges would be hand-cut and wrapped with no exposed seams as much as possible. When I asked for a repair, the owner Rogelio's answers kept shifting: first that the shop no longer works with the subcontractor, then that some parts "can't be wrapped," then an offer to just add more ceramic coating on the edges. Only after I mentioned I might leave a review did the owner offer to have the panels redone -- and framed it as costing him $1,500 to make me happy, as if a defective install was a favor. The part that ended the relationship for me: when I couldn't find my XPEL warranty confirmation (it turned out to be in my spam folder though I doubt I can utilize this warranty ever), the owner proposed issuing me a Lumen warranty for film that was actually XPEL -- in other words, a warranty from a different brand than what was installed and paid for! I told him I don't want to be sued, and he says they will never be able to figure out. I declined. Whatever the intent, I'm not comfortable with a shop that would suggest that, and I will take my car elsewhere for the repair, having learned my lesson.
