I did not really need any gas, 3/4 tank left but took fill up. Gentleman who helped me and even drew a detailed map of how to get back to 206S to lead me to 287S. A true angel! Got to see where the magic happens... New jersey gas station attendants. For those of you that do…read morenot know, New Jersey does not allow common plebeians to pump their own gas. Thus, I had the honor of having my gas pumped for me by a Wawa "Fuel Associate." A fitting title. As an Alabamian, I imagined that fuel associates were the mecca of all casual social interaction, that the gas station was a metaphorical 'water cooler' situation. Alas, it has been made known to me that you do not really speak to the gas station attendants. I could tell he found me odd for rolling down the window to strike up some chit chat. I informed him that in my neighborhood, he'd be out of a job because I know how to do this. He informed me "I'm about to quit anyway." Four stars.
