The two men were friendly and courteous and obviously hard and efficient workers that had it dug up, repaired and recovered in less than two hours. The bill for the job was MUCH less than I expected. The gentlemen who showed up came first thing in the morning. They were polite and professional. They weren't afraid to get down there and get wet like other companies we've dealt with in the past. They diagnosed the problem easily and fixed it in under an hour. And, most importantly, they fixed a problem right away for a FRACTION of what another company was going to charge and take days to get done. Because of them we saved thousands of dollars. Worst service ever. Water pressure was low on my well so I called them and they said my pressure…read moretank was bad. Then they tell me my pump was bad and both were dated for 2009. I brought out my receipts showing I had both replaced in 2011, they just blew me off and charged me 2119.80 and left a mess in my yard. Don't use this company. They didn't flush the pump. Had to replace both. Shower facets toilet and facets in sink due to sediment build up.
